@WhatAJoy: You seem to meet the most interesting people at Mervyn's, haha
I used to work part-time at a zebrafish facility when I was in school. It was a pretty simple job, just feeding fish and washing tanks. Essentially all the same responsibilities of owning a fish at home, except there's like... thousands of tanks of fish.
The facility is poorly designed and floods easily (few drains, flat floors, etc. whose idea was this). I can't tell you the amount of times my careless coworkers have misplaced a pipe while working and then leave the facility shortly after because they're done with their shift. I come in like an hour later and the place is nearly flooded. I spend the next hour mopping up their mess. (Sometimes it was so bad I had to use a vacuum.)

@Kozi: I used to have a hard time falling asleep when I was a kid. I'd lie awake in bed for hours. Nowadays I'm likely to knock out in under 3 minutes.
I honestly think it's because I had a period where I slept very little. So I was always exhausted and would instantly knock out as soon as I hopped into bed. I like to think that my body has just somehow adjusted to maximize the amount of sleep I get in the amount of time that I have haha
I don't recommend sleep-depriving yourself tho that's not a good idea oops

The pure exhaustion from being awake for too long
Reading a really boring textbook
Studying
Being warm? I always feel sleepy after a hot shower or eating hot food.
I'll never fall asleep watching TV or playing video games or looking at my phone though. They stimulate my brain too much.
Although I'm capable of falling asleep in any kind of lighting with any amount of noise.

Lumina is a ball of sunshineâ„¢ but she's actually not very honest about herself. Despite being very sociable, she doesn't like to tell people things about herself because she's afraid of judgment and of making others worry. She bottles up a lot of emotions and tries to smile for the people who she believes have it a lot harder than her.
Rain appears to be the embodiment of "pls leave me alone", although he doesn't actually dislike people (he's pretty talkative when texting). He just prefers a quiet space so he can be alone with his thoughts and think. about life?? music?? who knows. He hates sugarcoating so sometimes he comes off as snarky or too blunt, but he doesn't mean to.
They both play the violin; Lumina loves performing but Rain prefers composing. I suppose you could say that they both express themselves through music but in different ways.

I'm horrendously bad at taking care of plants. I literally killed a succulent in less than a week.
I like how plants brighten up a room and make it feel fresher but yeah... umm I can't keep them alive.
Do you keep plants in your living space, and if you do, what kinds? Are you good at taking care of them? Teach me??
