@Saeyra: This chart makes me feel awkward because I don't quite fit any of those body types. I have the waist of neat hourglass with the hips and thighs of full hourglass, bust of lean column, and shoulders of inverted pear...

@Miss Kitty: I wish I could offer more help, but tbh, 90% of dresses that I have bought have been on Amazon. And for those, I take my measurements and compare them with the measurements on the seller's size chart to get the best possible fit. Hopefully you find something that works well though! I am thankful that my issues have never been that bad. It sounds like a serious nightmare...

The worst issue I ever had is that my shower for the longest time kept leaking. And we're not talking just a little drip. But like, each time I would use the shower, the hot water wouldn't turn off all the way and it would get progressively worse each time I used it, until it was just a raging torrent of water. And each time it would happen, I'd contact my landlords and they'd send a guy over to fix it and then like a month later, it would start doing it again. Then the last time I tried getting them to fix it, they said "oh, we'll let our guy know and send him over as soon as he's available", no one shows up. A couple weeks later I go back to talk to the landlords and I get "Oh, no one showed up? So sorry, we'll get him over this afternoon to take care of it!" ...and again nothing. So when the building switched ownership, I mentioned it to the new landlords and it was properly taken care of right away. No issues since then.

I feel like I'm one of the only people who doesn't think Voltra is that mobile friendly. Like, it takes absolute AGES for pages to load unless I have a wifi connection. Seriously, like 3 + minutes for forums and 10+ minutes for the shops pages. And I know it's not an issue with my browser/needing to clear my cache because my other main site loads much faster compared to here.
I do appreciate a lot of the more mobile friendly aspects, like how the forums appear, but I also wish that instead of having a tab for showing online friends, it was for messages instead since, unless I'm on an actual computer, I don't get any message notification unless I happen to select the main menu drop tab thing.

@Apollo Im Burning: Yeah, it's fairly simple if I recall. The thing I had the hardest part with was just getting the points on it and the box base properly adjusted without tearing the side of the box, but after the first attempt, it was pretty easy to get down. I'll have to try making some again soon just for fun.

I have exactly 520 volts.
Which isn't much. And I need to save up for buying something for someone soon....XD

And making a music box would be insanely cool! And also sounds tough...at least the making of the music for it.

But seriously, seeing as how most artists (at least that I've peeked at), seem to just be clearing the lists and starting over, it's really cool that you're actually committing to finishing art instead.

@Unicorn: Hey, I meant to ask (because I don't recall seeing it anywhere), is there a specific day to send our Valentines on (specifically, should they be sent on Valentine's?) or is it just whenever we are ready to send them?

@Apollo Im Burning: Yeah, I could do cranes for a while, and one style of box. And of course the jumping frogs and fortune tellers. But I always forget how to make the more complicated stuff and I have to look up instructions. Fortune tellers and the frogs are the only ones I remember without having to look anything up. Mainly because I just don't do origami often enough to retain the knowledge.
Tbh, back in the day, I was fascinated with the 1,000 paper cranes legend, so I had wanted to actually make them. But I think I only got close to 50 or 60 done before I gave up.

Seeing as how I don't have an s.o. buy me shut, it's a moot point. But in the spirit of answering a theoretical question....yarn. Or cat or dragon items. But not stuffed animals.
Of course, this is also what I would want for Christmas too really....

And hand-made stuff is also usually nice if the person knows me well enough to know what I like...
