@Bubble Tea: Apartments can have weird acoustics really. I noticed that when my downstairs neighbors are having a mild argument, I can actually hear it best if I'm in the bathroom.
I feel like, since yours are so disruptive at late hours, I would at least mention it to the landlords. They might not be able to actually do anything, but they might at least mention to them that there have been noise complaints?
I don't hear most people where I live. But the chick next door can be very loud....in the most awkward way... It's not often though, so when she's getting busy, I generally just play some music loud and then go watch a movie in the other room. Or just sleep on the couch that night. And then just the stompy neighbors below who argue somewhat, but not usually loudly.

Ah man, loud neighbors are the worst. The people below me are actually pretty stompy too, though they generally are pretty good about not being loud after 9-ish at night.
I think I'm the annoying loud neighbor in the middle of the night because I am super clumsy and always drop stuff.

@Unicorn: I dunno. Mainly just on Trisphee. And youtube. And also battling with depression issues.

I have really not been around much...

If possible, I feel like it almost needs just a little of the teal-y color at the ankles....but considering that layering is kind of tricky and that accessories that would work probably don't exist, I really love it.

@Apollo Im Burning: I dunno, I would maybe just pm or profile comment everyone just to make sure. I know that group pings can be pretty tricky on here and also that the ping system doesn't work great.
I only get pings like 40-50% of the time.
Like, I didn't get the group ping, but I did get the last one.

@Apollo Im Burning: Whoops! I think you pinged yourself. Her hair is pink. Like sort of a pastel cotton candy pink.
I actually really like it so far! Typically I think of her as more "angsty teen", but I actually love your take on her so far! Much more adult. (Seriously, I love getting art of characters that are sort of different ages. Because it allows me to picture them in various stages of life, which makes them a more versatile character.

@Apollo Im Burning: Show me if you find ones you like! I mainly just use basic lobster/claw clasps, though I did have a couple magnetic claps from the ring lord that I liked, but I haven't bothered to order any more yet.
