OH HEY! I bought a stencil that has stars and stuff on it! All I need is some body glue stuff to stick the glitter on with and I can have black holo stars along with my shitty rainbow eyeshadow because I suck at makeup!

Hands will be covered by fingerless gloves if I can get them done in time.
And face....will be covered by glasses, but if I can find something easy that my glasses won't mess up, then yeah.

Not sure how much glitter I can successfully use, but I'll do what I can! Seeing as how the weather will probably be cold, I'll be wearing long sleeves, so glitter tattoos are pretty much out. But I'm sure I can do something for face and hair.

@Aellotyphoeus: Okay so new/adapted plan. To be kid-safe and not piss people off too much, Trick will be temporary tattoos and Treat will be candy (so that if parents don't want their kids to have candy, they can still have something) and the glitter will be...just random I guess. I just know that a lot of people hate cleaning up glitter so...yeah.
But it's cosmetic grade so maybe I can use it for something else. Didn't think that through too well...
