@saeyra: Well, the one with the shitty boss is a non-profit, so they have a lot of loopholes anyway.
And the other one, they made perfectly clear ot would be part time and low pay. But I took it because I needed the extra money so I could start to get a handle on my debt and also because it's a fabric and craft store, which os more my forte.

I'm kind of clumsy, but I actually can almost always walk pretty well in heels.
I've never understood how I can walk so well in heels, but trip over my own feet in sneakers and flats.
@saeyra: Unfortunately, I don't think a union would help much. Most businesses here hire part time at low wages because they can and because it's cheaper than paying full time and decent wages. Because then they have to do health insurance and all that. So the odds of me actually finding anything better are very slim.
So I'm being picky and only going for jobs that I think would be something I'd enjoy.

@Aellotyphoeus: I asked if they could still make butterbeer lattes, since the promotional thing was done, and they can so I got one today! Also, cinnamon dolce w/vanilla sounds amazing! I'll have to see if I can get one eventually!

@lina: Oh, I would love to get a job as a barista at one of the local coffee places! Unfortunately, they're seldom hiring. But I did learn to make lattes during the few months that I was working at my friend's cafe, so that was cool.
@saeyra: Ha again! If they paid me well, I wouldn't have had to get a second job.

Ah, that reminds me, I need to get my character info documents converted. They're the wrong file type, so I can't open them on my laptop currently.
XD
@saeyra: Ha. This job is seldom fun. Unless the boss is gone...
XD
But it hasn't been horrible so far.

@addy: Batty, who is generally more independent, was all trying to lay next to my chest. It was super cute to wake up and have Shade on my stomach and Batty almost in my armpit.

@lina: My dream is to someday have a kitchen with enough counter space for a good espresso machine. Yes!

@addy: I know I mean a lot to my cats at least. Got tons of snuggles from them both last night.
@mica: Lol. It's not stuff I can't/won't talk about. But am almost to work, so will probably disappear for a few hours.

I didn't see anything that was missing, but I'll check it out again tonight.
@mica:Well...there's a lot of factors that go into why saying no at this job is so easy for me...

@lina: I have no real preference of chocolate syrup over cocoa, but (and many people will argue this strongly), Starbucks burns their beans, which makes it exceptionally bitter. And people for some reason, associate bitterness with the strength of the coffee, which isn't accurate at all.
I do like thejr green tea latte though.

@Aellotyphoeus: So uh, actually last month they had Harry Potter theme drinks and one of them was butterbeer, which was butterscotch, butter rum, and butter pecan.
