I love cat stuff too. I am totally a crazy cat lady. Although, as I like to joke, I was crazy before I got the cats.

@saeyra: You might not be wrong about that actually...I hadn't realized it, but I do chat here more than most threads...

@sweet violet: The trick is finding free patterns. I've made a few ornaments, which are pretty nice and I have a pattern for scalemaille flowers that can be used as pendants, pins, hairclips, etc, but I need a ring size that I don't have currently.
And I haven't actually touched it in a few months. Might pick up on it again in November.

@khajitten: I just bought some patterns. Could make you a cute cat purse if I can learn to sew soon. ;D

@sweet violet: I haven't learned very many weaves or done a lot beyond Byzantine weave stuff really, but so far it's all been pretty easy. I have struggled with the Persian weave, but have only attempted it once. And the celtic star pendant pattern was difficult, but I don't have the right size jump rings for it. But I'll try it again eventually. The project that I'm fighting with currently is my scalemaille lotus tea light holder. Pain in the butt.

@sweet violet: I loooove pizza! I just can't afford to order it very often.

@khajitten: Kind of same here. But I generally make presents more that I buy them. For example, for her birthday last year, I made a dragon for a friend. And for Christmas, one of my other friends got some of my spare looms and a bunch of yarn I needed to get rid of so he could learn to learn to loom knit.

@sweet violet: Yeah, my crafts are generally loom knitting and chainmaille jewelry type stuff. But I wanna make my own clothes eventually.

I worked early today, so I couldn't eat before work or it would make me nauseous. And I forgot to stop and get food on the way home....
Need to forage. Or order pizza...

Have a couple friends that started as friends on sites and now we text and send Christmas presents and stuff.

@sweet violet: Nah, I think you have me beat. I learned sewing basics on middle school (um....like 12-14 years ago, I forget which year we did sewing), but I haven't even started any projects.

That reminds me, I probably should eat something today. XP Keep forgetting to do that...
