I'm glad you are relatively safe from the hurricane. D:
I am horribly afraid of tornados, I can't even imagine a coastal hurricane.

I actually was able to see the sun this morning, although it was red and hazy. The last 3 or 4 days have just been utter smoke. uhg.

oh my gosh. I totally forgot about the hurricanes. I've been engulfed in smoke on the west coast. D:

eggs and tortillas isn't a bad thing. lol. We went through a similar thing. My son only ate rice and boiled eggs. We're past that stage a bit.

I have to go soon, I'm putting my littles to bed.

I disappeared. I did some avi art for a friend of mine.

I was a super picky kid growing up. My mom gave up the food battle with me. So I lived off of ramen, chicken nuggets, and such until I hit 21. lol Now that i'm raising a picky kid, I've opened up my own food palate.

I'm usually the one making weird typos. lol. So no worries.

I've gotten more strict with my son. I lost my cool recently over him not eating. He turns into a mess and still refuses to eat. oTL it's an exhausting battle.

I've got two kids. One will eat Anything that is put in front of her.
My other kid doesn't even like typical kid food like chicken nuggets, ramen, etc.

It sucks when i work hard on a food and he just looks at it and goes "I don't like it. I cant eat it."

Sweet potatoes are so good. I haven't had any in a while either.

@Wildfire: oh my goodness your dinner sounds fantastic! I'm envious!
I'm really proud of myself, I got my picky kid to actually eat curry tonight. He's 6 and outright refuses to eat meal food. He likes his snacks and cereal.

@Wildfire: We had curry for dinner. My husband made it a bit different tonight. I enjoyed it. Normally it's overpowering in flavor.
