@Mellonin: In what universe does that confetti exist because I want to live there.

@Totalanimefan: Yes I do notice some dead times during the day, but honestly I'm supposed to be doing other things anyway so it's a nice distraction without being something I have to check constantly to stay on top of.

Oh man. I'm not even vegetarian but I love me some fried tofu.

@star2000shadow: Ha ha! Tumbleweed likes to gently bite me when he wants something really badly or when it's late and time to go to bed. Which I prefer to his acting out (jumping on counters, knocking things off, scratching things he's not supposed to scratch).

@Totalanimefan: I'm not the chattiest person, but I try to participate. I actually like that the comm is small. It's easier to keep track of what's going on. I think I'd be overwhelmed elsewhere.

Nice artwork! I can actually see a lot of improvement from the first pictures to your more recent ones. I also like your pixels. =3

@star2000shadow: Do yours have different meows depending on the situation? My babies are fairly vocal and I can tell the difference between "I'm bored" "I'm hungry" "I'm mad" and "let me out"
@Lithinel: Well, it may help to start with just one thing you like about yourself. Then another. Then another. People with anxiety tend to be the hardest on themselves. It's easy to ignore the good things about yourself when you're focused on the things you dislike, but imagine yourself as a different person that is just like you. You'd probably be a lot more forgiving of their shortcomings and a lot more appreciative of their good points. We're all on a journey to be better and while the definition of what better means is different for everyone, no one is perfect and never will be. But today we can strive to be better than yesterday and tomorrow to be better than today. And if we don't make today? That's ok too. We tried our best and it didn't work out quite like we thought. The experience of failing still puts you ahead of yesterday because you learned something. Just never give up, because you're worth it.

@star2000shadow: It's harder with a front opening carrier. Sometimes you can have someone tip it backwards while you drop them in. Basically you just have to be above the carrier and tip them into it like you're just letting them down. When gravity takes over they'll be bracing to land rather than worrying about the door. It's still tricky though when they're squirmy.
