@Totalanimefan: Yeah, Neverland went out of business. Presumably Marvelous hired their employees, but I don't know what legally needs to happen to allow them to actually make a new Rune Factory. They could always make a spiritual successor though. Not sure what they're waiting for. u_u

Personally I'm the type that tries to deal with problems on my own, however I'm happy to see mental illness being brought up in casual conversation these days. It really helps to normalize it and bring attention to the fact that it's actually pretty common. For so long admitting you had any kind of problem was pretty taboo which led to lots of misinformation and stereotyping, as well as just plain preventing advancement of the mental health field as a whole.

While the new spread of information does occasionally cause some people to incorrectly self-diagnose, it also helps those actually suffering from a disorder to recognize it and seek the help they need.

Now if only the health industry would start actually trying to help people instead of trying to bleed them dry. =|

@Selaphi: Leon has some baggage for sure. I mean, Doug did too but he had already had time to process it and move on. Poor Leon just woke up to his problems. Underneath all his jovial conversation and teasing he was really very lonely. I couldn't help but want to support him. ; ;

It's almost unfair to compare the designs between Rune Factory and HM/SoS just because Rune Factory was SO GOOD. HM characters have gotten better over the years but compared to RF they still seem very flat. Art wise though, the current artist is the same artist they used on the original Harvest Moon. I like her work for the cuteness factor more than the hotness factor. XD Though the newest SoS had some pretty good looking guys (lookin' at you Ludus).


@vengeance: Aww, it sucks when a series you enjoy starts to go downhill. =(
