@Burial: Yeah, a Destiny wristband would have been cool but nah. Just GameStop. xD
SPEAKING OF WHICH... they just called me and said they're doing an early release for D2 on Tuesday! So I get to go pick it up Tuesday night! HELL YES! Right in the middle of my weekend lol. And I totally can relate on abusing toys as a kid. Between cutting the hair off collectors' dolls and losing pieces to my action figures when I brought them to school, I was rough on my stuff and definitely regret not having some of it.
@ChemicalDivision: Darn, it sucks you never got to experience Destiny earlier on, but I'm glad you got to play it at all! There was so much hype and excitement around and the worlds were always full of other players, but naturally activity trickled off, and others focused more on things like The Crucible and Trials of Osiris so I found (and still find) it hard to complete some tasks that require teaming up with a few other Guardians. Though lately I've made a bunch of friends and there's been more activity since Destiny 2 is so close. <:
Also, I'd totally buy you Destiny if I were your friend, everyone else was getting it, and knew you couldn't get it. q-q Alas I'm broke this month because I got pulled over for speeding in July. xD

I mean, chocolate milk is totally a breakfast item. Dairy, milk protein--part of a balanced, healthy breakfast! Your dad is just weird. And muffins totally have more sugar than choco soy milk (tha BOMB BTW).

@Queen Prisma: Ah yes, thats right Isolation was the game. Might pick it up as I saw a copy for sale at Bookman's. I haven't seen Covenant yet. I love Prometheus tho! Ahh I can't wait to get home so we can geek out properly lol

I had no idea that Isolation was a reboot! Alien is one of my favorite movies ever tho. I love the whole series! And Prometheus was amazing too. Cant wait for the supposed sequel. So long as they didn't try to replace anything I can deal. xD

@AelloTyphoeus: I was just about to say, you seem to have great luck with avi sites shutting down as soon as you leave c': but hey maybe they just missed you so bad and couldn't handle it! c': I've never heard of Unifaction though o: I always hate reading about sites only to find they're closed. oTL

@Neko: I aim to entertain c; it's kinda funny tho cause I do have to hop in the shower soon. xD I'm doing well, just remembered I need to feed my dragons on FR c': how are you doing? cB
@AelloTyphoeus: Isn't that the truth! Or like the BS that went down on Syndrone, what with not even having a site owner or knowing whether or not it'll even be around the next month. I was never really active there but I'd joined right near what was supposed to become "the end". xD I mean, a website is a pretty big thing to put out there, and once it garners so much attention and you have all these fans / users, you can't just abandon it. Idk what goes through peoples' heads sometimes xD
And there are a ton of Ernyans here, come to think of it the avatars kind of remind me of Ernya's. I can't believe that site shut down tho, I totally regret ever leaving in the first place.

@AelloTyphoeus: True, I mean, the reason the site I came from died was a drama storm a few months ago and it seems we haven't been able to recover since. But it itself is still pretty young, only a few years old, and has a lot of development yet to go.
But yes, the new-ness of this site has a lot to do with it as well, and there are always some members who join and then never return but I think this place is like a much-needed breath of fresh air.

@AelloTyphoeus: Yeah, I noticed we've gotten about 80 new users since yesterday! And I recognise probably 4 out of 5 names from other sites lol. Everyone is flocking here because the other communities are kind of dying, but I'm hoping that the activity spills back over and brings the other sites back to life again.

@Kitten: It's also really important, especially with red hair colours, that you use a sulfate-free shampoo (one designed for colour-treated hair) else the harsh chemicals will fade your colour and dry out your hair. c:

I loooove love winter. Autumn and winter both, actually. Hot cocoa, tea, all the colours, not sweating or dying all the time... c': Our winters down here are still super mild, snow is a rare commodity in most areas, but I'm definitely looking forward to the thermostat staying below 80 for a few months. cB

@Shamrock Shamus: You're definitely right, the generation gap has a lot to do with it. Up until about the 80's, women were simply raised and bred to be the homemakers, and since she was home all day while the husband was away at work, it was only fair to keep the home spotless. My boyfriend are both pretty good (pretty good but not perfect lol) about taking care of some of the housework if the other is away at work. But I'm also lazy so there are some days that the vacuum and the sink go untouched. xD
"Feminist" as a word confuses a lot of people and carries such a negative undertone anymore (thanks, reddit and 4chan) that it's easier anymore just so say "I believe in equal rights". I'm one of those people who doesn't care much what other people are really doing so long as they aren't hurting anyone. xD Life is too short to spend it worrying about what the next person is doing.
