@angelpurity: just wanted to point out one of my favorite features about voltra- the mention button. It allows you to reply to someone without quoting them! Also you can mention several people at once to reply to them all in one go. It helps keep things clean too. Also i'm glad we were able to figure out your post format and signature!

Hi Angel! Welcome (again) to Voltra! What is your double major? I was on Gaia years ago. Like, it was my first avatar based website, and i spent a LOT of time in Towns and Rally when Rally was new. I joined gaia about 15 or 16 (sheesh) years ago and it's been several years since i was super active too.

Now you've made your avatar, feel free to peruse the forums or customize your profile! Voltra is a quiet but friendly place, and i've found it's active just enough to keep me coming back and not getting lost (at least when there is not an event going.. Once events happen, things pick up a bit more!)

@star2000shadow: That's super special! Speaking from experience, once your sister gets her dress have her put it on with the crinoline and something for her to hold that will be similar to her bouquet and just figure out how you're going to walk together. My mom walked me down the isle when i got married and we did not practice at all how we were going to do it and that was probably the most awkward(feeling) part because i had a kinda poofy dress (A-line) and she ended up having to just hold my had while i cradled my giant bouquet (it was supposed to be a cascade style, but ended up being held like a pagent bouquet cause it was stupid heavy if i held it so it cascaded down.) Also practicing at least once before the big day will help you and your sister feel more comfortable.

@Qiqi Agatha: Thank you! Yeah, it was pretty good. Had a relaxing day today, which was really nice, too!
@Justice: Thank you! Fun story about my birthday. Sunday night, my dad called me to wish me a happy birthday, thinking it was the 14th (probably cause my cousin in japan wished me a happy birthday on my facebook and i think dad panicked and thought he missed it lol) i didn't correct him, and today i told my sister about it and she told him and he was like "...... well.... I was just getting a head start, that's it! Yeahh... a head start!" It made me laugh.

@Delightfully: Thank you! We decided to go on Saturday after i get paid so we have a little more money to play with. But I think we're going to go to Guardians instead because hubs doesn't really wanna see the Mario Movie. so one chris pratt movie for another lol

Today is my birthday, and i don't have any real plans, since we went to my hub's grandparent's yesterday for mother's day/ birthday cake and gifts. I got new jewelry for my new tragus piercing, and a book with 8 quilt patterns, which i'm excited about. Also got some money from my mom and grandma (in the mail). Hubs and i MIGHT go see a movie today, but i don't know yet. If we do go we'll either see the mario movie or guardians of the galaxy 3. Not sure which yet. I think i'm leaning towards the Mario movie though cause Guardians will eventually be on dis+
