@Shadami: If you get a chance to go to Disney World, check out Droid Depot and make your own RC Droid (either a BB model- we got this one because we shed a lot and plan on having pets that shed, so we didn't want any hairs/furs getting stuck in the wheels, or an R2 model). We did that in January and it was really cool.

@CooperationIsKey: Apparently since i just googled lapdesk, they have ones without the squishy bottom and instead have legs so the tray goes over your legs.

@CooperationIsKey: maybe! i know They make..... lap desks? idk what they're actually called, but they have a squishy bottom with a hard desk top. Some come with wrist support bars too i think. maybe that would be good for you!

@CooperationIsKey: Yeah, definitely a ledge would be a good idea. I've used books, drink carrier things, hair clips, etc. or basically whatever i could find to prop up my laptop in the past. gotta use whatever works, right?

@Rei Ann: Yeah i hope so too. She doesn't have social media so i don't really know.
@CooperationIsKey: yeah, i almost did, but thankfully i just jerked my hand away really fast lol And oh man that sounds obnoxious. I remember when i had a laptop and no desk that i ended up making a stand from polymer clay and some wire so the fans could vent properly. it was effective, but still annoying because it was still slightly bendy, even thought i had baked the thing correctly.
i realize this is a delayed response- i got sucked into facebook reels. but i've emerged again.

@Rei Ann: oh neat. a couple years ago i had a coworker who loved the ravens. She was really nice, but she had diabetes and had to have both feet amputated, which was hard on her, so she ended up having to quit. But i remember she would always be in a good mood on game day, and a better mood the next day if the ravens won lol
@Shadami: yeah, no kidding. I was super concerned i touched a mouse, because 1) my brother in law who used to live here used to have mice and idk if any escaped, but if they did i would be impressed by it living so long here on it's own, and 2) i had just put a burger down a few minutes before i touched the brush, so i was worried about the cleanliness of my food lol
i'm going to be back in a little bit, like 10 minutes, cause i'm running to the gas station to get my mother in law a drink since she's sick.

@Totalanimefan: Yeah, this company is pretty lenient with attendance, i think. But they recently changed the attendance policy, so i expect that it will change soon.
I think there's a disney cruise to the bahamas? i think. but that one so i can say i've been to the bahamas at least once. I'm not very well traveled outside of the contiguous states. We also decided that we will one day pick a city at semi random and go vacation there for at least 3 days lol
@Rei Ann: what football game is on? I don't really follow sports too much so i never know who's playing when lol

@Shadami: it made me feel squirmy inside, and then silly when i realized what it was. Definitely not something i expected to feel when grabbing my mouse lol but touching it now makes me want a cat, even more so lol

on a side note, i just freaked myself out by grabbing my mouse and feeling something furry on my ring and pinky fingers, but then i realized i was touching a makeup brush that i left from yesterday when i was playing with my makeup..

@Totalanimefan: it's going okay, i just missed a lot of time and if i miss any more for the next 6th months i'm likely to get fired. I'm good at my job though, and get acknowledged for it, but missing time due to mental health issues or physical health issues has been an issue for me lately. So i'm going to buy some 5-htp and some Zinc and hopefully that should help me get through the next 6 months.
On another note, my hubby and i haven't had a chance to go on our honeymoon yet, so we decided that we were going to go on a disney cruise for it after the 6 months. And i think by then i'll have enough PTO saved up that i can take a few days off for it also, so that's exciting.

@Totalanimefan: i don't know. We don't want to cause unnecessary drama with her and ask and have her think we're rushing her. But also I kinda want her to stay long enough to pay november rent so i can get caught up on bills before we fully take over.

@Totalanimefan: Hey total! I'm doing okay. My mental health has been tanking lately, but it's slowly getting better. My mother in law still hasn't moved out yet, but she tends to be out of the house most of the day, which is good. I don't see her a whole lot, except when she comes home at night or sometimes in the mornings before she leaves. How are you doing?
