He looked over. "Dinner is almost ready."

He offered a smiled. "You were heavy. wasnt easy to move you"

He pulled the fish steak off and put it on a plate in rykers bag and handed it over to him with a fork.

"We have quite of bit of reserve food too" he sounded like he was finally planning things out.

"Next time be careful okay?"

Eke sat up and looked at him. Why was he standing? If he was tired he could have at least sat down.

He got up and slowly moved ryker to the jacket pillow. Ryker was a lot heavier than he expected, but he managed not to drop ryker.

Now would be a good time to go hunting. So, thats what he did.

He caught several fish, though they were quite small. He needed to fish a big one. Thats when he spotted something large, dark.

It took a while of being still, and a short wrestle with the huge thing. When he brought it to the shore he couldnt believe it. This black fish was massive, slightly longer than him and definately wider than he. He sat there looking at the dead impaled fish blinking in shock. He was strong enough not only catch but kill this thing?

Well it didnt matter. He dragged the massive fish and his other catcheed back to the cave. He sat outside and started to cut up the massive fish. He wasnt very good but he managed to get enough food for a month and two large fish steaks for them now.

After he was finished packing up the food, he began to start a fire to cook with.

He stood there holding the jacket.

The other ryker had told him to hide. That couldnt be a good sign.

Normally hed be stubborn and stay where he was, but he didnt have the energy to argue.

He made the trek back to the cave and hunkered down, using the jacket as a pillow.

Didnt take long for him to pass out asleep.

Eke stood. He wasnt sure wether to burst in or not.

Probably better he didnt...

Still, he knocked.

"Anyone dead in there?" he was so tired.

He wanted a nap.

Eke sat down outside.

He sat on a rock holding his head.

Both rykers were right. What he had done was reckless, stupid even.

He might not be a fragile child anymore but he was still a terminally ill person.

Everything spun but he was doing his best to stay upright.

"I'll just...wait outside." he rubbed his arm looking away.

"I dont think i have the energy to deal with those two right now" he stated quietly.

He was starting really feel the consequences of his actions now.

Eke frowned.

"Again, im not 13 anymore. my body's not as fragile as it used to be. im not gonna break okay?!" he puffed for a while before calming down.

He then sighed. "To be honest i am lightheaded and tired."

"ill just go to bed early tonight" he added before ryker could say anything

"Well i didnt get scratched." he got up.

"I am a little winded though" he stretched and started walking back.

"Sorry bro, if i had told you my idea, you would have stopped me" he smirkeed and pushed ryker playfully.

He bounded off growling in almost a laughing manner.

He went back to normal tumbling through the bushes laughing.

"That was WAY too much fun!" he was grinning from ear to ear.

"Ive never felt so...capable before!"

Eke took that chance to bite down on the stalk of the head and bite through.

He didnt know what to expect, but he wouldnt let the thing hurt ryker.

He was starting to think maybe he was having a bit too much fun with this.

He grinned and slipped away.

After a moment, the teenage dragon stood before the plant in his sleek dragon form.

He roared and snapped at the plants.

He knew this was dangerous, but it was kind of fun. Exhilarating even.
