The one that was in there had sickly grey skin, and odd pointed ears.

He almost looked like an elf. Almost. But... it was clear he wasn't.

But he looked... almost satisfied with himself right now.

He then paused for a moment, and looking right towards the woman.

"Yo." he said.

"Like whatcha see?" he asked, even though he couldn't actually see her.

"Or you just gonna gawk and stare?"

As she looked around, she heard something.

Something... low. Something quiet. But it was clearly there. And it sounded... almost musical.

That's when she knew. It was humming. Someone was humming.

It was one of their 'guests', and a new addition at that.

The humming sounded... almost happy. It had a bit of a satisfied undertone to it.

Aly just smiled.

"Sure thing." she replied.

Ryker just sighed and smiled as well.

"Sounds like a plan." he said.

"Anywhere in specific?" he asked. "Or just... around?"

Hal just sighed quietly.

"Thank you, Peyton." he said.

"You're always such an understanding sweetheart." he told her.

"Anyway, go and comfort Liv, at least." he went on.

"I'm sure she'll be happy to see you." he smiled.

"I hope you can help them BOTH."

Hal nodded in response.

"Of course." he said.

"I'm sorry you found out so late." he told her.

"It was probably because we were also dealing with another major crisis, but it's still not much of an excuse." he commented, shaking his head.

"At any rate, go to them." he said.

'At the very least... maybe it will life Olivia's spirits." he added.

Aly blushed, and returned both gestures to Eke, before looking at Ryker.

"Heh, you really ARE his brother." she chuckled, looking back to Eke.

"I'm glad as well." she told him.

"This was really nice." she said.

"I agree." Ryker commented.

"This was good stuff."

Hal was silent again, before sighing deeply.

"Well..." he said.

"All right, here we go..." he mumbled, before launching into an explanation. He told her all he knew. Everything that had happened to Angela... and Liv.

"...so she's in the hospital." he finished. "Liv is as well." he continued.

"I've been there to comfort Olivia, and try and get Angela to recognize me..." he went on, looking away slightly. "With no success." he admitted.

"If you wish to go see them, do so. But be prepared... Angela won't recognize you." he then warned. "But it may help Liv to see you."

".....I know a lot about this." Hal responded.

"To truncate it down a bit." he went on.

"She's been through a very traumatic experience, and it experiencing severe memory problems." he told her.

"...amnesia, essentially." he then sighed.

"If you want the full story, and have the time, I can tell you right now." he offered.

"........." Hal was silent.

"Damn it all." he cursed quietly.

"Yes. It's true." he said.

"I thought someone had told you. I don't know why I thought that, but I did." he commented, clearly sounding guilty over this.

"I'm sorry." he apologized.

The man just smirked, and chuckled to himself when she left.

"What's so funny?" he heard his guard ask.

"....absolutely nothing, nothing at all." he replied confidently.

Meanwhile, Hal looked at the woman from behind his desk, and nodded.

"Of course, Peyton." he replied, gesturing for her to sit down.

"What can I help you with?" he asked her.

".....Angela?" he asked.

"Angela Edwards?" he asked further.

She nodded in response.

"Oh.... oh, I see." he then said, looking away some.

"I... well... I heard that... she's in the hospital." he told her.

"Overheard some people talking about it. Really worried about her."

"A few days?" he asked.

'........hmmm...' he thought.

"I see." he said.

"Well, I'm new here, but I do hear things people talk about." he then told her.

"Perhaps I can help. Who's your friend?" he asked.

'...heh.' the man thought.

'Already a good start.' he told himself.

"Well, sometimes it helps to talk." he said.

"What's got you so down?" he asked, sounding slightly concerned.

"Whatever it is, it really seems like it's weighing you down." he then added.

She had been so distracted, that she really hadn't noticed where, in the cafeteria, she had sat down. However, it did NOT go unnoticed by someone else there.

He smirked to himself, seeing how distracted and concerned she looked, before glancing at someone else who was standing nearby. They were keeping an eye on him, but were also allowing themselves to scan the area and say hello to people, carry on small conversations, and such.

He guessed it was because of the special 'bracelets' that they had outfitted him with.

He then waited for the standing person to look away and engage in a small conversation, before looking at the young woman.

"Someone seems a bit down in the dumps." he commented offhand.
