"......" Aly was silent, before taking a few steps back.

She then closed her eyes, and allowed herself to shed her human-like form, changing into a rather slim and slender dragon, that still managed to look feminine... by draconic standards, anyway.

She then looked at Eke, and smiled.

"Shall we fly?" she asked, nuzzling him.

Azazel nodded in response.

"All right." he replied.

"Well, I'll let you be on your way." he said.

"Sorry if I have kept you from anyway." he continued, stepping out of the way.

"It was nice to meet you, Miss Syraene." he told her.

"Thank you for warning me about sleeping as well." he added.

Aly just smiled as she saw him transform into a dragon.

"...heh." she chuckled.

"Wow." she said.

"You look absolutely majestic." she complimented him.

"And your wings are beautiful." she added.

".............oh. Right." Azazel replied.

"Shows just how in touch I am with the hierarchy of such things." he admitted.

"Then yeah, I just need to speak with Sharp." he reasoned.

"....thank you." he then said to Syraene.

"If I had gone to Miss Raziel with this, she would have been steamed at me for wasting her time." he explained.

"You saved me from a violent reaming."

Azazel was silent for a moment, processing that.

"I... uh..." he stammered.

"Wait." he said.

"Hold up, hold up, hold up." he repeated.

"I technically have TWO bosses. One as a demon, one as a Unit agent." he continued.

"I'm going to need both Sharp's permission, as well as Miss Raziel's." he realized, shaking his head a little.

"....hm." Azazel muttered.

"Well... hm." he repeated.

"Yeah... I'll... I'll go talk to her." he said.

"She and I generally leave each other alone, but she DOES trust me with Cerberus' caretaking." he reasoned. "So maybe she'll have the faith in me to survive the realm of the Order." he continued.

"....I'll go and speak with her." he repeated.

"And hope she's not in TOO bad a mood..." he added.

".............................hm." Ryker muttered.

"Maybe." was all he said.

"...do you want company, Eke?" Aly asked Eke.

"Or maybe someone with you just to be there?" she suggested.

"Just in case something happens?"

"...." Azazel was silent as he heard the rage in her tone.

He'd never met Syraene before, knew nothing about her, but every single fibre in his being was screaming at him to leave. Quickly. The danger signals were coming, and they were coming fast. And they would NOT shut up.

"...er... yes, indeed." he finally said.

"Is... is there anything I can do to, uh, help?" he then asked.

"I mean, I have access to the realm of the Underworld, is that helpful in any way?"

".....well, thankfully I technically don't need to sleep." Azazel muttered. "I mean, I can choose to, and I can see why people in this realm do it, but I can go without." he mumbled.

"And that sucks." he then sighed.

"We're just lucky she didn't hurt anyone." he said, looking back for a moment, absently, and then looking at Syraene again.

"Never thought I'd hear the words that the Order has been corrupted." he commented. "I always thought they were uncorruptable." he admitted.

"Then again, even us demons know very little about it." he then continued.

"Your society is amazingly well-guarded. Guess that's why I assumed that."

"I will never leave you." Aly assured him.

"I promise." she said.

"And all right." she then said, as they made their way to a chair, and Eke sat in it. When he did, Ryker had already left and come back with a bottle of ice cold water.

"Here." he said, handing it to him.

"And yeah, don't worry about Eke and his moments of fogginess." he then told Aly. "It's just... well... something that's part of who he is now." he shrugged.

"As opposed to who he WAS." the demonic side of him chortled.

"Yes, yes, THANK you, bye-bye." Ryker coughed, as that half of him seemed to suck itself in behind his right eyeball.

"Ah, I see." Azazel replied.

"Name's Azazel." he introduced himself.

He then looked at her again, and scratched at his chin.

"Hm." he mumbled.

"Mmmmmmmmm...." he murmured further, before snapping his fingers.

"Ah! The Order of the Sand!" he said.

"I knew you had a strange mana sign for a dark elf, but it was vaguely familiar to me." he commented.

"....wait, why is an Order member here...?" he then asked.

"Does this have anything to do with why Aedan's suddenly reverting back to a feral primal zombie?" he asked further. "Because that seemed to just... happen overnight, for no reason."

Sharp watched her go, before sighing.

He needed to devote as many resources as he could towards this.

And he needed to get to the lab to see if they could get something from what he'd been given.

Meanwhile, as Syraene made her way through the corridors, she sensed a strong demonic presence close to her... which was when Azazel turned the nearest corner.

"Woah!" he exclaimed upon seeing her.

"Hello, there." he greeted her. "You're new."

Sharp merely cracked his fingers in response.

"Yep." he said.

"I need to get to it." he agreed.

"Thank you once more." he continued.

"And I get the feeling we may need your help in the lab in the coming days, analysing what we have, and finding out what to do with it, if anything." he then told her.

"If you would be so kind."

"....ah!" Sharp exclaimed.

"That... answers that." he said.

"I was unaware you had an object to 'possess'." he told her.

"Also... it seems we have someone in common." he then said further. "Kalin Kiczys IS the one that's helped us out in the past." he went on.

"She's a marvellous lawyer."
