I ignored some messages and didn't realize that you can only change towns 3 times a day. So now I'm stuck in a town where my stats aren't high enough to do most of the quests. o n o

The guidelines can be really off for some people because everyone's body is different and the amount of energy you need will differ depending on your body composition and what you do mentally as well as physically on a daily basis. But Literally NO diet recommendation takes all of things into account, as far as I know. There's not even an objective way to measure that. The only thing that can account for all of what you do is your own body.
In my very biased-against-diets opinion, ignore the guidelines and just do what feels right. If there's nothing majorly wrong with your system, your body can regulate itself.

I'm on the east coast meself. I find the 3hr time difference pretty awkward. It's too different to not change anything, yet not different enough to be constantly aware of it.

Wow you have so many friends. lol. I find that its harder to harder to get a group of my friends together. Maybe it's an age thing? Like, after you stop moving around for a while, you make some friends in one place who also aren't moving around. lol

And I found out that I got a scholarship this week. So... not actually a horrible week.
But psychologically it was terrible. lmao

It's kind of interesting that people use the same name everywhere. Before I settled on Eruca I used to go by random stuff like album names and hobbies and such. :P
