I'll never have the money for these items TT__TT

Sirene held him gently,"It's not your fault... It's something I've suddenly realized about myself... When it comes to you and Natalie, what you guys feel, I do... I know you're worried. You have every good reason to be. I don't want anything awful to happen to your mother or any other merpeople. I would rather be here, spending time with you and trying to make you feel a little bit better, than in the biggest library in the entire ocean." She made him look at her gently,"I do love books, you know I do. But I love you and Natalie a lot more.' She kissed his forehead,"So we can either stay here like this, you could show me the rest of the castle, or whatever. I just want to be somewhere spending time with you."

"I'll just eat a couple of granola bars instead." Sayuri said, putting the oatmeal away for later. She knew it would be alright at least until the end of the day,"I gotta get all this cleaned up so we can get back on the road." She pulled out a couple of granola bars while she cleaned up the dishes and started slowly to pack things up.

Aria thanked the doctor and got Hayden back into the car.. They stopped to get his favorite fast food on the way home. Once there, Aria gave him his vitamins for the day before they sat down to wat,"After we eat, do you want to go back to bed? Or do you want a nice shower first?"

Aria gently wrapped her arms around him tightly,"Let's get your vitamins and supplements. We can get something to eat on the way home if you want anything." She said softly,"If not I'll grab something myself and then get you home so you can rest.

"It's just me." Sayuri said softly,"I'm making some breakfast... are you hungry?" She knew that was probbly a dumb question but she would ask anyway. She was making something light, some oatmeal the way he liked it

Sirene shook her head, not letting him go,"I can later." She said,"It's not going anywhere and I'm not either for right now." She looked at him,"I can't help it." She admitted, unable to stop feeling guilty. She knew she shouldn't, but she did. She couldn't enjoy herself knowing how bad Nathan was feeling inside.

Aria looked over at the doctor as he came in and nodded as well when he had said Hayden's name. She explained what had brought them here and how she was doing what she could to help Hayden kick his habit for good.

Aria slept peacefully until early the next morning. She woke up at sunrise like she usually did and looked around. Everything seemed alright still and she saw Dante was sleeping. She carefully started up the campfire again and started making something for them to eat for breakfast.

Sirene nodded, looking around in amazement. It was massive, and something she had always dreamed of... but she looked down before going over and hugging Nathan gently. She was excited about all these books she could read. But she felt guilty being so excited about them when she knew Nathan was worried about his mother and about his father going out to look for her.

She hugged him tightly,"You don't need him." Aria murmured softly,"You have me... you'll have me as long as you want me here... even when you decide you don't I'll still be here for you..." She wiped away tears that had been forming in her eyes,"I had wanted to find you for years and years... I wish I could have stayed so none of this could have happened... I wish there was a way you could have gone with us and never had to have dealt with this whole mess..."

Sirene looked at him, wanting to make sure he was really okay,"You sure you are okay?" She asked softly. She leaned forward and gave him a quick kiss before letting him lead her away to the library.

Aria held him gently, doing her best not to burst into tears,"I wish I could have done more." She murmured quietly, hating to see him feeling like this,"I wish I could have gotten back to you sooner... Maybe if I had come back sooner it wouldn't have been so bad..."

Sirene shook her head in agreement,"No... Telling her would make things worse." She said softly,"She's already furious with me about canceling our day out but I don't want to disobey your father... Especially when he's doing what he can to keep us safe. I just hope she understands that I just don't want to lose you guys... I already lost my parents...I can't lose anyone else...."
