having a cat sounds fun lol.
I tend to be up between 5-6am because i am often hungry
and can't sleep until i eat something light like cereal but im always sneaking around to get food.
I am now known in my house as the trash panda[or raccoon].

@Wildfire: i doubt it is. but then again she hasn't really given us a lease to sign in years as well.
Idk what her problem is. like...all we do is keep to ourselves??? like why is that a problem for her? LOL.
The mold isn't super bad, but still that's a whole different reason compared to getting two screen windows
which were missing when the windows were first done..so it's not like she has to pay again for them lol

tho we got them anyways. idk she is kinda just...weird at this point.like idk why she is even doing this.

I recently actually did a Jujutsu Kaisen art trade on IG.
I ended up drawing Inumaki.
I really like all the characters from Jujutsu Kaisen as i think all of them are very likeable.
and funny enough one or two characters actually are VA's from Genshin impact game for the english dub.
So I really liked the dubbed anime of it.

my land lady decided to drop ultimatum in exchange for screens to our windows so of course we have to do what she says.

for now I have only been watching Jujutsu Kaisen, Attack on Titan and Spy x family.
I normally do not watch a lot of anime often due to a lot of it doesn't interest me,
but these have been keeping my interest. :vivihappy:

@Wildfire: im 100% sure she is selling the building. Or at least our half.
because from how nice the floor is, versus how she treats us[claims we were the ones who bought satilite dishes, accuses us of smoking, etc]
there is absolutely NO WAY she is fixing things...because she wants to.
She is definitely doing it because a few months back we had what she claimed was just an "inspection"
which in reality...was an appraisal. Oh but of course she didn't clue us in and once the men left my dad said "that was an appraisal"
when we do talk to her, she talks down to us. to the point it's really hard to talk to her. she doesn't clue us in on ANYTHING. but will complain we have done something wrong. like for our floor being fixed. she gave us no set time, nor which bathroom was going to be worked on. she only gives vague answers with a ton of attitude.
I am often...awake until 6am lmao.
i just..struggle to sleep properly. it's visibly impossible for me to fix my schedule.
so i just...am always awake late into the early morning.

@Wildfire: we can't really move out without income or a new place.
we've found nothing yet. but i know she is fixing it for future tenants as she doesn't fix things out of the goodness of her heart.
so whatever she is up to, we don't really trust her, it's just very suspicious to us since she hasn't fixed things in like 5-6 years.
and now suddenly she is.

@Jolly:definitely! I have some in mind. Mostly with lighting and digital painting.
Tho the lighting one is a more in depth and goes into occlusion lighting and just a more in depth lighting course.
as i am struggling with half tones, and mid tones in my digital paintings and how to achieve it without dramatic lighting.
I also have a course for soft and hard edges as well as those two courses are the main ones i need to learn.
Yeah adhd is a pain. I will make a whole plan just for adhd to completely get distracted by something else
and never do it LOL
