Curry in ramen is absolutely amazing, I love to put it in my ramen. Chicken or beef, it does taste better in the beef ramen though.
Recently I've gone to a local Asian market to see if I can get more interesting ramen flavors. I have to go out of my way for things that aren't chicken or beef. Though I can easily get kimchi flavored ramen. Which is amazing.

I just added some extra herbs and spices, yeah the packet already has some seasoning. But sometimes you just gotta add some pepper. I added lemon pepper, parsley, curry, garlic, and onion. Then the seasoning packet, along with some chicken bits.
