It's been entertaining to watch that's for sure. Lol but it did take the dancing scene from Disney's version, which I don't think is in either of the books claiming to be the original. And the blue suit.

Same, I'm always looking for the reimaginings, retellings. Sometimes people add some pretty interesting stuff to the tales. In this one Belle is an indentured servant. Cleaning, cooking, your average maid stuff. The Prince takes a liking to her, and makes a bet with his cousin that he can have Belle in his bed in x amount of time. If he loses he has to marry his cousin, if she loses she has to marry a man old enough to be her father.

Right now I'm watching some adaptation of Beauty and the Beast. It's kind of interesting. Taking things in a more realistic vein, but still has things borrowed directly from Disney. lol

It is, we left off our session with the Big Bad having knocked the shit out of us. So our characters are all dealing with the defeat in their different ways. One of us has their character running away to become a cleric (they're going to start multiclassing), one of us is doing nothing, one of us is off having a date with their boyfriend, and then three of us our off trying to find answers and ways to beat the Big Bad.
