He followed after her with a warm smile, glad she was happy. That’s all he wanted, was to see his companions happy.

“You aren’t scared?” She asked in a quiet mumble, watching her still.

The tardis beeped warmly, she missed Trin too!

He moved around the console, having already put the coordinates in for Japan and getting them flying.

She blinked at her a few times, listening. Was she so tired she was dreaming? Her ears twitched as the water from her hair dripped on them. “Thank you...” she said softly, holding her towel close.

He led her into the tardis with a grin, “Japan it is.” He said warmly.

She sat there, a bit shocked. What? “Yeah...” She said after a long pause, standing up.. and reaching for her towel at least to cover the rest of herself..

“I’m fine.” He said cheerfully, “Let’s head to another place- have you ever been to Japan?”

She was bracing for Jane freaking out. When she didn’t, she tentatively looked up, ears still lowered back..

He blinked, a bit surprised at the second hug. “Trin? Are you alright?”

She had been trying to think of how to hide them from her, but there wasn’t really any way to do it. As soon as she was free of the curtain she frowned, looking away from her. “Thanks- Sorry again..”

“As well as to be expected..” he said gently. He didn’t save as many as he would’ve liked.

She went a bit red, wouldn’t her look scare the Doctor? Or rather.. Jane? Would it trigger memories? She didn’t want to put her in danger. Then again, she was tangled in it.. and getting out alone was going to be rather cumbersome. “Okay...” She hoped she wasn’t making the wrong choice.

He blinked a few times and grinned, gently hugging her back. “Told ya. I did promise.” He said softly.

“Might just be bruises later. Sorry Jane.” She said softly, suddenly not wanting to come out from underneath the curtains. Her filter...
