Zeke and Ty made their way to random places in the cafeteria, lunch trays with food on them, and sighed as they readied themselves.

No sooner did everyone find their places and got into character, Cedric showed up, poking his head in and looking around. He was clutching a paper bag in his hands, and smiled a little when he saw Sierra.

"Ah!" he exclaimed.

"Miss Gardner?" he called out to Sierra in a meet and shy tone.

'...little weasel's really playing it up...' Ash thought bitterly, giving Sydney a quick look to convey what he was thinking.

Ash merely shrugged.

"Anyway, let's get ready for this." he said.

Sure enough, around 12:25, Hal received a message from Jake.

He's on his way now. it read.

"PLACES, EVERYONE!" Hal shouted out.

"All those that are not needed here, LEAVE. NOW." he ordered, which caused most of the people still in the cafeteria to funnel out quickly.

"Sierra, Ty, Zeke, places." he told the three agents.

"Everyone else, HIDE." he ordered further.

Immediately, Aly snapped out of the sadness she had been feeling.

"Eke!" she exclaimed, before rushing up towards him.

When she did, she grabbed her phone and dialled 911, asking for them to come to the house.

"I don't know where he is." she replied.

"But I'll try and contact him when we're on the way to the hospital." she told him as she held him close.

"Eke, please... please hold on..." she said further, sounding ready to cry again.

"Enough, evidently." Ash replied.

"...if Vanessa was still here, she'd probably be proud." he then muttered.

"As for Chris... who gives a flying shit." he added with a shrug.

"Heh." Ty chuckled.

"Yeah, he seemed like a truly pathetic individual." he said.

"She must have been desperate to procreate with him." he added.

"Yes." Hal replied.

"We're all here. We just need to be ready when Jake calls me." he told them.

"When we get the signal, we'll get into positions." he continued.

"Everyone know what we're doing?" he asked.

"Trapping him in here and killing him until it sticks?" Ash asked in response.

".......that about sums it up, yes." Hal admitted.

"Hindsight is 20/20." Ty responded.

"All we can do now is make up for this turn of events." he said further.

"Yeah." Ash replied quietly.

"Let's end this." he said further.

"And Ashley, don't beat yourself up too much for this." Ty then said to Ashley.

"Just... you gave him a chance, and he spat in your face. This is all on him. Nobody else."

Ash just sighed as well.

"....I..." he stammered.

"I don't know what to say here." he said.

"Family is family." Tyson chimed in.

"Everyone deserves a chance to live. Children should not inherit the sins of their parents." he continued.

"And... to be fair, given who Vanessa was, does anyone think they could honestly have given him a chance? Not knowing what we know now." he then asked.

"....." again, Ash was silent, before looking away, shame in his expression.

Aly was stunned.

Stunned and shocked that Eke was acting this way.

It was like Eke had stopped... caring.

She couldn't even bring herself to say anything to him, and she wondered what he would be like back at home.

She made her way back to the house, and still felt like crying.

"...Eke, you look tired." she finally managed to choke out.

Aly just looked at him, tears running down her cheeks.

"Eke, that's not like you." she said.

"You wouldn't do something like that." she went on.

"...the undead dragon was here." she then told him.

"It was hovering over you, Eke..."

"......." Aly was silent, before she fell to her knees.

"....Eke..." she said quietly.

"Oh, no..." she whispered.

Her lips then quivered, as she fought back the tears that threatened to flow from her eyes.

"Eke, I think you gave in to the call..." she murmured.

"Uh, no." Ash responded.

"Let's go." he said.

With that, they all made their way to the cafeteria, and Hal made his way to those working behind the counter. It was easy to see he was telling them that something was going to happen, and that they would need to clear out soon, even if it meant ducking into the kitchen when the signal was given.

"....so, we're really gonna do this." Ash said.

"Here I thought the nightmare with Vanessa was over..." he mumbled.

"...." Ash was silent for a moment.

"....woah." he said.

"That... that's pretty unnerving." he commented.

"I didn't know that banshees could kill silently..." he admitted.

"Very few do." Hal said.

"Ah... from what I understand from what I have heard, Aedan is angry because someone she cares about has been murdered, and Cedic used YOU as the go-between, right?" Ash asked.

"That is essentially it, yes." Hal replied.

"Where did the murder happen?" Ash asked.

"Here in the Unit." Hal replied.

"....how did nobody know about it?" Ash then asked further. "I mean... surely a banshee murdering someone would be... well... loud." Ash reasoned.

"Unless you just stabbed him or something." he added with a shrug.

Hal just smiled, and nodded.

"Indeed." he said.

"Come on." he then told them.

"Let's get to the cafeteria and let the staff know what we'll be doing." he said further.

"....." Ash was silent for a moment, thinking about something.

"Wait..." he muttered.

"What... ARE you, exactly?" he asked Sierra.
