Proud of you!
I hate taking antibiotics and always stop before I should. Last time my face was infected though so it was pretty necessary. Kept me in bed for about two weeks.

Thanks guys!!
I had a pretty swell birthday. There was a bit of disappointment due to my job not paying me on time, but some friends stepped up and took me out to dinner.
Other highlights of my day: Random birthday hug from an older man who shops at my store. Almost met about 3 other people who were celebrating their birthday, too. Husbands friend who lives in a completely different state offered to buy me lunch...
And all of you beautiful folk <3

@sunny: Thank you dear! I'll be selling comics to absolute nerds so I couldn't ask for a better job to work on my birthday. I'm pretty sure every job I've ever had has made me work on my day, and some gave me the gift of overtime :/

...and I have to work. Boo. But also yay because this is the least stressful job I've ever had.
I'm going to copypaste what I wrote on my own FB wall because you guys count as the latter part of said post:

So thanks to my sh**** ex grandmother, and one or two sh**** ex best friends, and a handful of randos, I've been made to feel like less than a person on a lot of my birthdays. Thank you to those who don't go out of their way to ruin my day today, and extra thank you to those that consistently do right by me. I had some real low self esteem for quite some time and I really appreciate those of you that lift me up.

Coming here is probably the least hateful experience I have anywhere online. You guys are great.

I used to have a theify character in some MMO a long time ago, and I named her Brume. Brume means fog or mist, which was one of her hiding powers. I soon realized that I was just gloomy enough to change the B to a GL and thus a star was born.
