Just went and read the new lore, and wow! I love the way you guys do events! To click over from the event thread and see it wrapped up as a full color comic was just way too awesome, and Spark's intro was more exciting than some TV show finales! My further two cents: I love that you guys give everyone the event sets and then make extras available, and how you give out the Curious Case item based on participation, that's way cool. I do miss having the Blackout theme for the website and hope to see it was an option in the future; I know I'm not the only one who's having a hard time adjusting/readjusting to the white background.

I was only here for the last few days, but overall a really great event! Looking forward to the next one!

Yeah the white background is pretty shocking, especially since I joined during the black out. It's all I've ever known.

That was the coolest event wrap up on any site ever.

@Yandere: I just bypassed my virus protection to try going to Syndrone and it's just a 404 Not Found page for the whole site. Yikes.
I was pretty excited about it when I was first on it several years ago but it just never took off for me the way Voltra does. I haven't felt this at home on a site since Solia's golden age roughly 100 years ago.

@nyreen: Oh a little of this and a little of that. I was raised on country and classic rock but I'm really into people like Florence and the Machine and Emilie Autumn, and Lindsey Stirling these days. Yeah, those are probably my top three with an honorable mention for Melanie Martinez.

@Eruca: yeah honestly I stopped role-playing awhile ago because I'd get all these ideas about where I wanted it to go and get all overwhelmed and stressed about it. maybe that's just normal?? in any case sounds like this will be good practice for us both!

do you want to make an ooc thread and dump your ideas and we can talk about it? fleshing out the world and where we want it to go will probably help a lot!

I keep hearing people mention losing items and I didn't realize that happened here. Is that what the first Blackout refers to? Or was it something else?

Honestly I get so stressed out about cancer but I guess it's just the norm these days, especially with how garbage people my age/from my area ate in the 90s and early 00s when parents didn't know any better. Maybe on the other hand our insides are all preserved and impervious to cancer.

I've never had much starbucks cuz I was raised in the woods and we didn't have one. But I was just talking to my gf about how McDonald's pays me garbage and then is like "but you can have all the free coffee you want!!!" like yeah thanks for your cancer-ridden, pesticide-dusted dirt water.
