@Wildfire: squirrel-free day? Lol

I am totally down for coming up with a Vegas weekend. Gotta make sure the stars align enough that i have my husband home to watch the kids for a weekend.

This last year definitely went fast. And for me, stressful. I almost feel like my 2 months at the nicu was my break/stress free zone. X)

Good morning. I am having my coffee break in town before work.
I trained someone yesterday, which was ... Definitely an experience. I don't have her today which I am thankful for.

@Mathonwy: okay! At some point, i'll dig through my photos and find some pictures. Unfortunately this last summer only a small handful of apples grew and they weren't anything to brag about.
I did turn off my sprinkler system. So likely that they just didn't get enough water.
Im not home to get fresh pics.

@Wildfire: omgosh. Your squirrel story is great. I enjoyed reading it. Lol
I have a chipmunk experience and they totally feel weird when they latch on and don't shake off.
They're so fast too! Don't know what theyll do next.

You should definitely look into travelling now that your boys are young adults. <3. Every country that you listed uses english as a second language, so it shouldn't be too crazy difficult to find accommodation.
I really want to do a Vegas weekend, i need to wait until my husband is back home full time so i can make him watch the kiddos. So at least a year out- then i can start planning something.
If we did meet, a flight to Vegas from my general are is only ... 3 or 4 hours. Lol xD. It's a short flight.
Hotel nights are cheap there down on the strip.

@Wildfire: My day is paused for now. I'm on hold with my bank. e;e It's already been ... 32 minutes. /flails/ I love my bank. But hate them at the same time. For this reason.
AAAHHH They answered and transferred me to a different department. I'm on hold again.

Anyway, your bucket list sounds adventurous! Do you have friends or family... or kids that would do that type of traveling with you? C:
I traveled Europe and Hawaii and various states with my mom when I was a teen/young adult. :p
I just assume my husband would prefer to stay home when I want to go somewhere/do something. XDD
My sister and I are thinking about doing a Costa Rica trip this spring or early summer. I think, though, at that point, I will want to go home and be in my own house. o3o Use the money I'm saving for my house rather than a trip out of states. cx

Someday- we should just meet in Vegas and go to some magic shows. lol! it'd be great. I don't like gambling. I like an occasional cocktail and I love theatre/shows.

I'm on day 7 of my workout/stretching routine. Feels good to jump back into that. It's been a long time.

IF I stay on this phone any longer, I might not make it to my mom's store today. =3=

@Mathonwy: I am definitely in the same boat. I like my dozen or so movies and I haven't watched many new things. I'll try new shows, but as far as full movies go- nah.
I have a big dvd shelf at my house full of movies. and a good quarter of them, I haven't seen. o3o and probably will never watch. When I travel back home, I should purge that shelf.
I was going to mention I have apple trees, but I can't tell you what kind- /shrugs/. I just know the deer and my dogs love the apples. XD It makes for decent applesauce.

@Wildfire: My kids were laughing at the fight scenes in that western. I laughed too. The film was a 1934 hour long production. Back then, the cinematics and action scenes were amazing. One guy threw a punch and the other guy [almost obviously 2 feet away], fell in the wrong direction. XD

My morning is really good so far, I just need to pay a couple of bills. Then help my mom with her store. She needs someone fresh in her shop to rearrange.

@Mathonwy: One Piece is definitely the iconic... never ending anime of the anime world. o3o I enjoy chaotic rom-com-type anime. I'm glad you went with your friends to the movie. C: I hadn't realized the movie was already out. It won't be in theaters around where I live, I am too far out in the country and anime isn't really a common thing here.
I peaked at your reply to Wildfire. Trigun is a personal favorite of mine. My son has been watching it with me now. <3 He loves it too. However, the ending of Trigun is a little confusing and maybe not be the most well-done wrap-up.
Disney is fun. I finally sat and watched Turning Red with my daughter. I'm glad Disney is finally curving into a more family orientated dynamic instead of the classic disney princess stuff. o3o
@Wildfire: The kids enjoyed the western. It was super hard to follow though. Old cinematics n' such.

My weekend is dragging and I almost look forward to going back to work just to get a break from my whiny baby. >3<
I am seeing friends today though, so hopefully my kids will behave while we're doing that.

@Mathonwy: Your perspective as a person who hasn't seen One Piece is really neat. =o
I usually watch the manga when I'm sick since the episodes are easy to watch and the show never ends. I can just put it on tv and pretend to be dead in bed for a couple of days.


@CooperationIsKey: Did you end up putting a heating pad on? D: that sounds awful.
Parents who assume they have the right-a-way drive me nuts. e.e I'm sorry she messed up your day by being an a$$.

@Rei Ann: The mixing part of metals is what ticks me off because they always advertise it as non-allergenic... stuff. meh. :c
no. Burning is not normal. XD lol!

@Wildfire: We watched Blue Steel. 1934 movie. We were the only ones to show up at the theatre. :c But- we had fun.
At least with us being the only ones there, I could explain the movie to the kids as it went on. It was hard to follow since sound quality and production quality are so outdated. o3o

I am definitely feeling more relaxed. We're so close to being financially caught up. Earning my own money rn is a big relief and that my mom and sister are being so supportive.

I am thankful it's the end of the week. I get to go to a movie tonight. Theater is showing an old western. So im dragging my kids to it. Lol. Theyll likely hate it.

@Wildfire: the other job is on hold for a couple weeks. They're having some internal issues.
Which is good and sucks at the same time. Since my boss is so tightly wound up - she's going to be pissy when i put my 2 weeks in.
But i hope i do end up switching jobs sooner rather than later, the pay raise and better hours will be nice.
Im adjusting well. Living with my mom is tough for me but she's so amazing with my kids, i have no room to complain.
Im already sore from working out and im only on day 3 with 15 min workouts. OTL

@Rei Ann: i wonder if your lemon allergy is like my mango allergy.
Mango almost has a fuzzy zappy texture for me.
I know lots of people allergic to nickel. And damn the fashion industry for using it to keep things cheap. ;(
My day went pretty well. I worked. Got poached to a new job. Sooo... I gotta figure out how to break that to my boss. =3='
I saw my daughter's play rehearsal. I love theatre. <3
And i decided to get back into my workout routine. So i hope to stick to it after today.

My boss is so sassy today. Jeez. She's one of those stressy-type busy bodies. Takes on more than she can handle but accomplishes everything by a hair.

@Wildfire: oh my gosh , Another hurricane?! Whoah! I think i prefer snow to tropical storms. XD (which is why i live here. Lol)
I'll eventually get my etsy up. I think the bank account i had tried to use just wasn't going to work with etsy. So i'll try a different account.

@Mathonwy: I've run into both in my past.
Black bears just sort of... Meander. Whereas moose see you and get pissed for no reason. XD
