Just had to check, February 1st, 2003 was the first time one of the Dot Hack shows aired in North American TV.

@lina: There's always visiting local public libraries near you if you're in the U.S, always.
Unless you don't live in the U.S, in which case I just noted a moot point, most likely. :(
