@Anarchist Beauty: damn. i hope surviving becomes easier for you :(

i've been drifting through other avi sites lol. i fell in love with faenaria's avatar system (basically buying an item once means owning it in all available colours). but there's sadly very few people active there right now. i've also been active on kingdom of knuffel, which isn't as slow as faenaria but still slow on the chatting.

voltra is the most active avatar site i'm on right now.

@Anarchist Beauty: i found that the bright white text on dark was jarring in the shadowed cirque theme, and was fiddling with font colours. but the blackout theme has dimmer text on black so now that's my theme of choice, and i'm not fiddling with text colours at all.

@Anarchist Beauty: thank you! i've fiddled around with my posting format to find a style that'll be readable both in light and dark theme, so that anyone can read my posts without trouble.

I saw that Trick or Treat is also a dark theme and now I'm trying every theme in turn to take note of the dark themes :vanora_xd:

I used to visit this site previously, but because the background of the posts was white and I have light/screen sensitivity, I couldn't spend a lot of time here. Even after changing my monitor settings. Silly me didn't realise that I could change the site theme to a dark setting! I didn't see it in the forum settings and didn't think to look in personal settings... until now. I chose the dark theme (Shadowed Cirque) and it's perfect, I can spend all the time I want here now :virgil-celebrate: The other sites I'm active on are Faenaria and Kingdom of Knuffel, but I'm a regular avatar site addict so if there ever was an avatar site in existence I was probably on it.

@Suna I used to play Menewsha. I was called Siren Sonder there.
I really liked the pixel avis on Kinsaki but by the time I found the site it was already dead :(
I have a fondness for pixel avis and so I really like Voltra's style of avis.
