@xvz: OMG that sounds so good. I live in an apartment right now, but I want to buy a house and have a garden so I can grow vegetables and herbs and things like that again. Potatoes and eggs definitely go good with tomatoes and salsa or ketchup.

@koneko: i did thank you. I slept really well strangely enough. I say strangely because i was still up and down every hour or so but i am up and atem already. About to wake up my kiddo and get his day started. My bf is up and starting his day. I have work in about an hour. Did you sleep well?

@athabm: exactly. Tbh i am a bit peckish so i decided oatmeal with fruit because i kinda wanted something sweet. And my tea. Then i am giving myself time for that to settle and at least rest before work.

@xvz: my day and evening is going well. I made dinner. My boys are in bed. I have had some quiet time before i have to head to bed. I start a new job in the morning. Meh.

I was going to add that if you dont want to take melatonin tk help sleep you can try magnesium gluconate.

@0v7: we are neighbors. I recently moved from Tulsa to western Arkansas!

Therapist shopping can be rough however when you find the right fit for you the therapy helps so very much. I always recommed it. That's why i was working on my master's in counseling.

I am loving all the open talk about dreams and mental health and hrt/transitioning. This is quite interesting and informative.

And for anyone who would like to talk more in depth about mental health, I am working on my Ph.D in human and social services, a certified life coach, and very much accepting and friendly to everyone no matter their background.

And i may have napped a little and now back up. We truly are a sleepy team lol

@Tsundererra: previously, yes, they were my go to. Then I drank some and I cannot remember their name. They are in tall thin bottle but they were amazing. When I go to the store again, I will have to get the name for you.
