@vengeance: ahhh, I hope he gets it fixed soon.
My computer is maybe five years old, and I don't think I've upgraded anything more than the graphics card.
Your story makes me want to back up all my stuff <<; I have A LOT of art on there...

@Bonnie: He doesn't get much time with his friends, so I want him to go without me.
But it is cute that he tells me like, hey I can't hang out this weekend because I'm going out with them,
then turn around and be like what are you doing Saturday? Do you want to get dinner tonight? Would you want to join us Friday?
He tries to act like he's too cool for me, but he's a dweeb lmao

So first, I put off getting ready until the last minute.
THEN, I panic the whole time as I pick an outfit, change my mind, decide to get a shower because my hair looks kind of greasy on top, then freak out because WHY did that take an hour, then do my makeup, have a frustration cry because my OUTFIT FITS WEIRD, redo my makeup because I cried, pick the same outfit I always wear because it looks the best, don't have time to dry my hair because I waited too long, leave the house with puffy eyes and wet hair and still kill it.
So, don't do what I do. Plan ahead, get ready in advance, take your time, and don't try to do too much so you don't stress yourself out. Less is more. It's better to look kind of natural than to try too hard to dress up. If you don't look like yourself, or look kind of like a clown, you won't feel comfortable, and your date will be awkward.

@Bonnie: Yeeeah buddy. My boyfriend is supposed to be hanging with the bois this weekend,
so I was like oh cool I'll get caught up on homework and hang with my girlfriends.
Now it looks like he's gonna drag me into his boy plans anyway lmao

@vengeance: So there isn't too much at risk, right?
Three weeks isn't too long to get attached to something. Did you ever try Windows 8, or did
you go straight from 7 to 10? I prefer 8 now, and I was an adamant 7 user before.

@Erebus: Morning! If it's morning.
I'm doing okay so far, maybe a little bit stressed but it's in the back of my mind.
I'm goofing off in my first class of the day, since we aren't doing anything until after spring break.
But I have a biology test today on three chapters, and I don't feel prepared enough for it.
My buddy and I are going to try to study together right before the class, so maybe we'll be alright.
How are you? :3c

@vengeance: How old is your PC?
Is there any way to save what you have on it, in case they have to do a full reinstall?

@vengeance: That's... really bizarre o-o
I tried Windows 10 when it first came out, but I'm stuck in my ways and hate changing things,
so I went back to Windows 8. I'm not at all familiar with Windows 10 or its bugs.
I saw another update of yours saying the tech has never seen something like that before?
How long has your computer been in repair?

It's almost 10am here. I'm goofing off in my first class of the day,
since we're not really doing anything until after spring break >>;

@Colan: My parents were really cool growing up. Like, no parent is perfect, and I definitely got messed
up by some things, but they were really trusting of me and that was wildly different from my friends.
My parents knew that my friends drank and smoked weed at our high school parties, but they didn't mind me going at all.
They trusted that if I did drink or smoke (I didn't, anyway), that I wouldn't get myself into trouble.
The only thing they were really strict about was grades. I started off on honor roll, but by the time I hit
middle and high school, I was like an average B or C student. I think I set their expectations too high lmao
