I went for three or four days, but we had to devote one day for a flight there, and one day for a flight back.
I can't remember how long the flight was. It was my first time on a plane, but after the magic and majesty of takeoff wore off, I conked out for a few hours.

I was desperately trying to get enough Volts to buy another common winter orb before they go away,
that I didn't realize I won't have enough Volts to buy the new stuff when they come out D8

If I remember right, Gryffindor only BARELY slid ahead of the others,

I was trying to get the last 200 Volts I need to buy one more Common Orb before they're switched out,
but I am STARVING. I'm gonna pop out so I can go get a grilled chicken salad before I go to work for the night.
I'll try to pop in when I get to the restaurant and during downtime at work, but I'll probably post slow again.

I went to NOLA around this time last year for my first real vacation, but I went the week AFTER Mardi Gras.
Noisy parties, drunk people, and random tiddies aren't really my scene lmao
I went for the food -w- oyster rockefeller poboys, fried potato salad, jambalaya.
I went to a place called the Ruby Slipper Cafe and had a pork debris eggs benedict so good I literally cried.
I think it was the best thing I've ever eaten.
@Colan: I had a couple places after I turned eighteen and got out of my mom's house, but I had crappy roommates all the while.
Dunno when I can afford to buy a place that's COMPLETELY my own, but I think my quality of life would REALLY improve.

@Colan: I can't complain too much. I'm living where I'm at rent-free while I go to college.
I'm dying to move out, though. I hate the feeling that I gotta walk on eggshells around other people.
I wanna be able to do what I want in the place I live in without having to check if it's cool with anyone else.
Clean when I want, sleep when I want, shower and do laundry when I want.
Better off than some, though.

I'd have to either go home and refresh myself, or hang out doing some low maintenance activities, like watching movies.
Are y'all at some kind of convention or somethin'?
@Colan: I'd be content having a cramped apartment in a noisy city at this point.
I just want a place of my own again. I hate trying to be in my PERSONAL SPACE to refresh after a stressful day,
and then hear my step-sister's sitter yell through the house with her nasty @$$ voice. Like go to your own house and yell lmao
