The figure then stepped into the light, and revealed himself to be tall, with slightly pale skin, and long grey hair.

He looked at her, and smiled.

"Hello, there." he greeted her.

"It's pretty dangerous out here for a young lady such as yourself." he said.

"While I'm sure you're more than capable of defending yourself, I feel obligated to offer my assistance in escorting you home." he continued, as he slowly approached her even more.

"Would you be all right with that?" he asked.

She had barely been walking for 5 minutes, when she sensed something.

She was being watched. And very intently.

She looked around, and saw nothing at first... until her eyes became fixated on something in the darkness between the illumination of the streetlights.

Eyes. Piercing green eyes.

And they were looking RIGHT at her.

Once she had noticed them, and had locked her own eyes on them, the owner of them started to step forward, getting slowly closer towards her.

"...I see." Ilias responded.

He looked around again, but saw nothing suspicious. And neither did Arryn.

"That's... unfortunate." he commented.

"I hope it's nothing." he told her further.

"I can't see anyone, though." he then said, before shrugging.

"Well, let's hurry on back, then. If anything, for your peace of mind and safety."

The two of them left, and started walking down the sidewalk, towards the Unit. As they walked, she kept feeling his gaze. And whenever she looked around, she saw him, but only for a fraction of a second.

And he kept showing up in different places, in different viewpoints.

"..." Ilias noticed how she kept looking around, and then started scanning their surroundings, himself.

Which was when he stopped coming into view for her.

"Is something up?" Ilias asked.

Ilias finished the dregs of his drink, and nodded.

"Yep." he said.

"I'm good." he told her.

"We walking or cabbing it?" he asked.

"You have a preference? I'm good with either."

"...I think I've found a new haunting place." Ilias responded.

"Seriously, this atmosphere is great, and what I've had for food and drink so far is AMAZING." he told her.

"I need to bring Kiah here." he then said.

"She HAS to experience this place. At LEAST once." he reasoned, taking a drink of his beverage, and shaking his head quickly.

"MAN, that has zing!" he declared.

"I LOVE it!"

"Oh, I see." Ilias responded.

"Well... maybe you'll see them again." he said.

He had no idea how right he was, or how ominous that seemingly innocent comment was to her right now.

Because she swore she felt the eyes again.

But couldn't see them.

"Let's finish up and head back." Ilias told her, taking another bite of his wrap.

"We shouldn't be away from the Unit for TOO long."

Ilias seemed to notice this, and looked a little guilty.

"I'm sorry?" he apologised.

"Did I interrupt something?" he asked her.

"And can I fix it or make up for it?" he asked further.

Ilias seemed confused, but nodded.

"Okay." he said, as he started to eat.

Arryn made her way to the front and started to 'check the menu prices', as her eyes scanned around the entirety of the area. She then saw someone sitting at one of the tables in the front outside patio.

They were sitting behind a newspaper... but she could see them.

Piercing green eyes peeping up over top of it, right at her.

"...I hadn't considered that." Ilias admitted.

"Well, everyone's equal in the Unit. None better. None worse." he said.

"Ideally, anyway..." he mumbled, as their food and drinks were brought to them.

"Mmmmmm..." Ilias murmured.

"Smells SO good." he said.

Before Arryn could answer, though, she swore she felt a pair of eyes on her. From somewhere she couldn't immediately see.

"Already, you've done so much for the place." Ilias told her.

"Things run SO much smoother. The other receptionist was good, but... I think she was getting a little tired of the job." he sighed. "Just... little things. Being stubborn about little things here and there, a short temper sometimes, being overly strict..." he went on.

"I think it's best she's moved on to other ventures." he muttered.

"But YOU? Man, Agent Sharp's been SO much better since you started working here." he continued.

"You are one of the best people that's ever happened to him since he the Unit was conceived, from what I've overheard."

The man gave a thumbs-up.

"You got it, boss." he said.

Ilias and Arryn then made their way to a table, and sat across from each other, with Ilias looking around.

"Nice place." he commented.

"So how are you doing?" he asked her. "Unit's not too overwhelming or anything is it?" he asked further.

"It can be for new hires."

"Well, you said they've got really good wraps here, yeah?" Ilias asked.

"I could go for a wrap." he said.

The man behind the counter overheard this, and laughed out loud.

"I swear Arryn's addicted to them." he told him.

"She's our best customer for them." he added with another laugh.

Ilias just smirked a little and looked at Arryn.

"Well, I'll have your fave wrap." he told her. "Seems like the best place to start."

"Well, then! Good enough for me!" Ilias replied.

"Let's go." he told her.

After a bit of a walk, the two of them reached the place in question, and when they stepped inside, the man behind the counter looked over towards her, smiled, and waved at her.

"Yo! Arryn!" he greeted her.

"Welcome back!"
