"Oh?" Hal asked.

"What sort of modelling?" he asked her.

"And... I'm just hearing of this now, so your ability to keep that life separate from your receptionist work is impressive, to say the least." he then commented in a compliment to her.

"But will this modelling work possibly complicate things here?" he asked.

"As in, are there any snags you can reasonably foresee?"

"He's definitely not like any other incubus, it seems." Hal mumbled.

"Regardless, he seems like he really wants to make something of his life. So... I'll give him a chance." he told her.

"...provided Ally and those housed in Alicja's body do as well." he said further.

"He's had encounters with them in the past, but it seems that was his libido taking control of him." he went on.

"Now." he then muttered.

"He's a fan of 'your work' is he?" he asked her.

Virgil looked genuinely shocked for a moment, before he did as she asked and handed her the phone back.

"H-here." he said.

"All right then." Sharp commented. "I shall escort you to the front door." he told him.

Virgil and Arryn then said goodbye to each other, and the two males left her office for about 5 minutes, with only Hal returning. And he had QUITE the confused and astonished look in his eyes.

"Well then." he said.

"Virgil is, quite frankly, the most awkward and 'innocent' incubus I've ever met." he told her. "I have never met one so... earnest and withdrawn." he commented further.

"Seems genuinely good-natured, though." he then added.

Virgil and Hal had been in the office for close to 45 minutes, before the door was opened, and they stepped out.

"Remember, be here tomorrow morning." he told him. "Before we go any further, that has to be done." he said further.

Virgil was silent, before nodding slightly.

"I understand." he responded.

"Good." Sharp said.

Virgil then looked towards Arryn, and bowed slightly once more.

"Again, I'm SO sorry..." he apologised. "...oh. And... I'm Virgil." he finally introduced himself.

"Is there anything you wish to say to Virgil before he disappears for the night?" Hal asked her.

Virgil's eyes widened when Arryn said that, and Hal cleared his throat.

"Step inside." he told him, to which Virgil did.

He then looked at Arryn, and nodded.

"After this, you and I are going to have a little chat." he told her.

"And I'm fairly certain you know what about."

Virgil was silent for a moment, before rising to his feet, and noticing Hal was there.

"Oh! Uh..." he stammered.

"Answer the lady." Hal told him.

"...because... because..." Virgil verbally stumbled. "I... I'm a big fan of your work." he told Arryn.

"And... I... I mean... I just... wanted to try and meet you." he went on.

"But... I couldn't... I didn't know... what to say... or do..." he admitted.

Immediately, Virgil shot to attention, and it was enough to startle her for a second.

"Stalk!?" he exclaimed.

"I haven't been stalking you!" he insisted.

"I mean... well, okay, there was that one time..." he then said. "And... I mean at the mall..." he went on. "And... well... I... and the café... and... when you were walking back..." he continued, getting a bit more quiet.

"...and I keep disappearing before you... can..." he then said further, before going silent for a second.

"Oh god, I've been stalking you." he realised, before getting down his knees and elbows, his hands clasped together.

"I'm so sorry!" he apologised profusely, as Sharp opened the door and raised an eyebrow, seeing what he saw.

Virgil jumped a little when she addressed him, before he got up and slowly made his way over, avoiding her gaze.

"..." he was silent for a moment, before she heard him clear his throat a little.

"Y... yes?" he asked.

"What... what is... it...?" he asked further.

And she could tell he seemed a little... afraid.

"..." Virgil was silent, before making his way to a chair and sitting on it.

I'll be out in a minute. Sharp sent back to Arryn.

She then noticed that the man sitting there looked... uncomfortable.

He looked shy, he looked awkward, and she could see he wasn't looking at her.

Or, rather, he was fidgeting slightly, and looking towards the floor.

Virgil just smiled.

"I'll do my best." he told her.

"Thank you again." he said before she split from where he was.

He then looked to the door, took a small breath, and opened it, where he saw a woman bent down behind a desk, sorting through something there.

"Ah, hello?" he said.

"I'm here for a sudden interview?" he said further, trying to politely get her attention.

Jake looked over towards them, darted his tongue out, and then pressed the buzzer to let them in.

"Heya." he responded.

"So YOU'RE the one lookin' for a job?" he asked Virgil.

"Yeah..." Virgil responded.

"Good luck." Jake told him.

"Y'got Anya vouchin' for ya, so you're already on the road to getting hired on." he chuckled.

"Uh... all right then." Virgil responded, as the building came into view, and he paused.

"Wait... is this...?" he started to ask, before she just nodded.

"It is." she told him.

"Wow. I never knew you worked HERE." he admitted.

"Damn, Anya, you're really killin' it, aren't you?" he asked.

Virgil raised an eyebrow when she said that.

"Okay...?" he responded.

"I mean, I can understand wanting one to keep what one is a secret, but you've seriously peaked my curiosity now." he told her.

"And thanks. Again." he then said further.

"Firstly, for getting me into that duplex, and secondly, for this."

"I can't help it!" Virgil responded, sounding almost ready to cry at that point... before her last statement clicked.

"...an interview?" he asked.

"What...?" he started to ask further, before he shook his head.

"You won't tell me." he reasoned, slamming back the drink and putting a $50 bill on the bar, in front of him.

"All right, I'm good to go." he told her.

"Let's get to this interview."
