@Wildfire: My day is so-so. I had ambition. My sister hired me to do an art thing and honestly, it's not going well and I'm flustered now. I can't get the image large enough for a RL Banner, and the image [ it turns out] is needing to be traced to be rid of the pixelation. so I'd essentially take this picture and re-do it. GUH... I'm at a breaking point. it's like, i could do it, but my pay versus time isn't going to be good.
@Wildfire: I love your avatar today!
Good afternoon/day, I hope your day is going well.
I wrap about half of the stuffers, and candy and small goodies don't get wrapped. :)
I feel ill-prepared this year for Christmas, just like last year. Kids are plenty excited though.
The Christmas cheer doesn't feel real. Normally, I hype Christmas with movies and music and lights. But the new house, new town, and no family around kind of kills my spirit a bit.
A lot of it comes from the fact I'm not working retail in the toy industry. So the hundreds of moms, grandparents, and kids aren't hyping me up this year. :T
Damn this pandemic. -shakes fist-
I was going to make traditional food for Christmas, but my friend invited herself over and asked to make lasagna for Christmas and I was like "yes." Less cooking for me sounds grand. lol
@Wildfire: Nothing fun yet, I really should. But I woke up with very little ambition. I need to wrap the stocking stuffers. D: I'm running out of time. XD
How are you?
What are your favorite hot dog toppings?
Hm. probably relish. and ketchup.
Have you ever been surfing?
Yes, a few times. I tried and failed. I'd rather snorkel with fish.
What type of music are you into?
a bit of everything, person favorite being EDM/ Techno.
If you had to swap lives with someone famous, who would you choose?
Never thought about this, and I don't think I could come up with a good answer. :o
What is you favorite snack?
Nachos. and cocoa & toast. C:
lol! Kudos to your friend! I honestly keep thinking that this is a good time to open a shop (if I had the fundings). Focus online selling for the first year, while also having a by-appointment or open door location.
This subject always gets me stoking my fire. So I'm going to change the subject because I'm poor and can't open a business. XD I also promised myself and my husband that I'd get some college knowledge on business before jumping back into management.
Your transitional period is tough. <3 I hope your sons are doing okay with the pandemic.
This year is crazy, it hits pretty hard because I come from a household of entrepreneurs. We sold 2 out of 3 of our family businesses in 2018. I still get random phone calls from those family members just hashing out their thought processes of "What if we still had the shop?! Can you even imagine. I hope they're doing okay."
I'm glad I'm home with my kids and essentially fried every day from my household. That way I don't have to think about the economy and all these beautiful mom & pop shops struggling.

The gifts that are in the mail are from family and friends. :) Nothing Santa related. lol
I just spent the last 10 minutes looking for my tablet pen. I found the stand, with no pen in it. The joy of having kids and dogs. I just found my pen. so, crisis averted. lol
Everything around here is striving to be open, however, during the holiday shopping time, the state closed and now no one really knows what's open or not.
I finished my shopping and I'm expecting a box in the next day or two. Actually two boxes, but one is lost in the mail. I'm not terribly concerned if we have a few late presents this year.

I'm doing good. Just woke up. I'm feeling a bit tired. I'm waiting for my coffee to get done.
I have the intention to draw today and re-arrange some furniture to make Christmas a little more comfortable around the tree.
Hopefully I can get both those things done.
How are you?
@Wildfire: you did good! :D lol~ :D

Once kids are done with school, I've got some house chores to get done.
I think so. His new school is going over everything we were hoping for and more. They're well organized too. I am impressed.
This week they got a radio call scheduled with an astronaut up in the I.S.S. As a family, we sat and participated in that event. It was really cool. C: It was a bunch of kid-friendly questions, the astronaut even giggled from one of the questions because it was a silly question asked by a first grader. They answered it seriously.
So that was this week's exciting thing.

Your avatar is silly and fun. I almost want to draw it. XDD
@Ava: Oh totally! I super enjoy my morning coffee chats and online hang-out time. <3
@Wildfire: I think the last few weeks have been a little bit stressful from guests and switching my kid's school. My son is behind with this specialty school, so I've been walking him through all these subjects that haven't been taught yet with public school education. Feels like a hard hit of reality. He's not a toddler anymore and is absorbing all this new information like candy. I knew he was smart, but holy cow. XD

-takes a good morning goodie-
@Wildfire: Morning! I've been busy with RL stuff, for sure. I'm also dealing with a little bit of seasonal depression. I'm trying to get that under control.
Hmm, I rarely participate in forum games. :p
So I guess, Never Have I Ever, or Would You Rather seems a bit more appealing to me.
