This week is going to burn me out. My niece is being a butthole to her mom now that school is back up. :| Not used to teen angsty energy.

@Wildfire: I'm okay. aggravated and that annoyance that comes with being in a healing process. Especially in a sensitive area. My throat is bruised and I'll have bite mark scars. I came into the house with a hole in my neck big enough to fit the tip of a finger. :T
I feel tenderized. Before that accident, I was horsing around with my big teen niece and wore myself out.

Thanksgiving was relaxing, only had to deal with smoke after it got dark. lol. My husband made an error and smoked us out of the house....
My niece and sister are still here. They're treating my place as a retreat from their hectic lives.
and 3 mornings ago I got bit in the throat by a dog in pain. and I'm in recovery mode from that.
I think I'm worn out.

I finally got some coffee going.
I'm getting my kids doing their homework before my sis and niece wake up.

I woke up before I wanted to wake up. lol. The joy of having children.
Yesterday, my little kids were harassing my teen niece about how she didn't do her own laundry. I just about died from a giggling fit.
My sister was gawking. Then laughed with me. My niece was trying to not snap back at my small kids.

We have one friend from Florida that frequently visits our house and his Florida stories are unique. You're making it sound like a crazy place.

I have a family of deer that live in our yard and they're gradually getting more aggressive. My dogs keep chasing them out. So now the deer are some-what standing their guard. The fawn is now turning into a buck and he's stamped the ground a couple of times now to assert dominance which is funny right now because once my dog gets within 50 feet of him he bolts.
I Hoping there won't be a day he acts and tries to stomp my dogs.

If it's a black bear, you have nothing to worry about. Brown bear on the other hand is a lot more territorial. :d
Black bear are just like... oversized raccoons. They scare off easily. XDD

I spent a lot of years in the mountains, hiking near my house = Bears, elk and Moose. and Moose are the scariest out of the 3.
