@Kairie: xD Well if ever there was a way to send you a product I think is good I would. Buuuut life is life and anon is anon. =P
Try finding a like, *gentle* exfoliator, avoiding scrubs, and then try the aveeno toner to cleanse. Should buff off the dead skin on the patches so that the toner can clean it, and when you put your serum or cream on, you're not just feeding the dead skin and it actually gets the dry patches. (I also like to note that the patches may redden more as they go away. xD It's annoying af.)

@Kairie: xD Well I am glad we can relate and understand each other but sad that we both suffer the same annoying skin sensitivity. Lol! But this way we can at least suggest mostly mutually beneficial products and makeups! That's a plus side! Hello skin care twinsy!

@Kairie: Thank you! I hope so too! I'm still playing around with programs but so far krita has been the epitome of awesomeness. xD I think I messed up medibang somehow but I have favorites brushes that helps me kinda stay consistent. So, here's to hoping things continue to develop. (and I figure out digital art.)
I'm good. Tired. Have errands to run today but I'm being super lazy. wbu?

@LordLucre: Np! I will hopefully be able to open up more finished/polished slots this summer! (and will be discounted for the colored sketch tier.) So yeah! Stay tuned and feel free to stop by whenever you like! =D

@LordLucre: Here you go! Hopefully you like it!

@Alicethemadhatter: I will get started on it ASAP! <3 Thank you so much.

@Kairie: Awe thank you! I just opened it because I've wanted to do art for folks for a while but I'm super shy/don't always have a lot of time. So I'm going to do a few, probably have a list of to-dos if I can't get them done before study time, and maybe eventually introduce more finished pieces. And no worries! Feel free to chat me up!

@Kairie: Saame. I get these weird red dry patches that are like, soft and ssandy-like, but they peel and itch/burn. Yikies...

@LordLucre: Yay! Ahhh this is my first time doing a shop and I'm so excited! I forgot to add subject on the sheet! I assume it's your avatar?

@Kairie: Well, after seeing how it struggles in winter I figured it's time, before it's too late. xD

So you probably have similar skin to me. xD I can't even wear most foundations. unless it's specific clean product foundations, My skin is like... "Hah! Bitch you thought that'd work? pleeeeeassseee..."

Rules for Commissions:

1: Must be volta-friendly
2: I am only doing single characters with 1 pet for free. Any other characters/pets are and extra 500 ohms each respectively. (headshots only)
3: I can't do clutter. If I can't see a detail clearly, I can't draw it. So try to keep it pretty simple. Note: This means no Gaia online references. I can't see all the details and it's typically pretty pixelized.
4: I will have times where your commission request isn't something I'll enjoy drawing and will refuse a commission. As I do this for fun and a bit of practice, I want to make sure the subject is enjoyable to me.
5: If commissions will be late, I will let you know via PM what's going on.
6: I like it when trades are sent before the final result is delivered, but I only accept any trades after I send it. this is a reminder to me that I still have work to do on days where everything is a bit crazy.
7: Extras can be anything. If it's not on your character, assume it is likely and extra. This can be altered on case by case situation.
8: Make sure to add notes for expression ideas, or anything you want me to do in the sketches.
9: If you choose to share or repost this work, make sure to credit me! If you don't want to credit me as I am on voltra, my instagram is @Skyra_scribblez and that is usually where I post a lot of my artwork that is finished/more traditional.
10: Don't remove my marks or cut them out in any way, please and thank you.

Safe to say that my shop will be under construction for a while... xD because I have 0 idea how to make cute banners or anything like that yet. But for now, I am gonna reserve this plus 2 more posts and then let it be open because I'm bored and want some practice. xD

I am opening up for cute little headpieces as I don't have a ton of time to do anything too overly detailed or elaborate. But these I can do. I don't have many examples yet, I will be adding them as I go. So feel free to ask about specific little things. =)

@Kairie: xD sameĀ I always pay my bills first and then just kinda figure out what I need to pay from there. And I tend to be like, okay special groceries... (my family gets basic but I have some things that i have to get myself. xD obvi) and meds, and then once that's all done and I made sure gas is in the car, I let myself go wild on art supplies or skincare/makeup.

Yeah... I am so envious of people who can put on like, anything and their skin just takes it and is like "yup, this is good. I like it." Because most of the stuff that is really good and really works for me so far has been 9$+

@Kairie: I haven't tried this brand yet... But I hear the ordinary is really good. A lot of their stuff is pretty much baseline of 8-20$. And it gives a decent amount, supposed to have good ingredients. (I haven't tried it yet, I plan to tho. So I am just like... xD be aware.) I have been using the "It's skin" hydration power 10 serum for night time. It seems to do well with my skin, but not that cheap. I used Missha's aqua cream buuuut, I don't like it. xD I don't break out but my skin is already pretty baseline dry and it seems to make it worse. I use sephora clean collection vitamin serum during the day, with tatcha skin cream. Tatcha is expensive. xD I just wanted to try it and haven't been disappointed. I have 0 red splotches (my skin will like, burn and then have red patches everywhere if it's the wrong ingredients.) but I have been noticing I get hives. Idk if that's the skincare or my allergies tho so, I am trying things out.

For toner I use aveeno alcohol free toner, it is amazing. Doesn't burn, still cleans my skin. I also use same brand max glow micellar gel cleanser. It's super gentle and I don't get a dry tight feeling after. Which is not good.

I just started experimenting, and I'm not professional. But like, my skin is infamously temperate and popularly picky. So I have to actually try things for x amount of time and see what's going on, and if it's a return or a keeper.

Sephora's clean collection tho has been pretty okay. Sort of medium area of spendy. Like 20+. First aid skincare is also supposed to be really good, but again, pretty medium. Tatcha is amazing, but VERY spendy. Like the dewy skin cream is my pampering because a full size thing of cream is like 90$, but a little goes a long way and the mini has lasted me 2 weeks and has barely gone down in amount of product so...

Just experiment, ingredient check... I know most alcohols wreck me so I try to avoid them. In general you're supposed to but, it's hard if you're going the cheaper end.

I know this is a lot but this is my experience so far. As for masks, I have used mediheal bio aqua mask. The mask itself does well, the ceramide ampule makes my skin dry and peel so... But yeah. xD I thin the ordinary has really good rep for the price point with purer ingredients for a more like, controlled routine. But I'd say it's depends on your skin. What is good for me, may be iffy for you. Ya know?

@Eruca: xD oops. Well hopefully it works out! Just make sure you're cooking them in your sauce (I usually start mine out more watery so it can absorb the flavours, then thicken it up and enjoy.)

Well, where I am they do. xD We have a lot of asian immigrants here so it's brought like, sections of foods, even some from my own culture have been brought in to common grocery stores and it's so nice. It just means more cuisine exposure and I an here for that.
