Last night before bed I got a text from a guy I hooked up with a few weekends ago (I hooked up with him out of desperation cause I figured ol dude wasn’t into me and I wanted to fill the void). For a second I got excited thinking it was ol dude, but no.
Maybe the reality of me never talking to him again is setting in more? It hurts, I feel so sad.

Last night’s concert was fun! I think I would’ve enjoyed it more if I weren’t running on 4 hours of sleep and had to drive 2 hours to get there (and anticipate driving 2 hours back). By the time I got home I felt so tired. I skipped volunteering this morning to catch up on sleep. 😵💫

I’m going to another concert tonight, alone as per usual.
I was excited leading up to today, but now I’m kinda iffy about going. It could be the period and lack of sleep talking, but the loneliness is starting to set in. This concert is two hours away, so I doubt my bassist homie will be there lol.

Despite trying to focus on something good, like listening to music or the songs I wrote, I still feel sad and lonely inside. Those feelings are louder than any slight bit of joy that might come up.
