"....that is fair." Adym muttered.

"Hmmm." he mumbled further, looking her up and down.

"You may need a disguise." he said.

"And by that, I mean something to hide your hair." he specified.

"If we can keep your hair out of sight, then you might be able to slip under the radars of everyone here." he went on.

"..." he was then silent for a moment.

"Callie?" he then addressed her.

"Can I... confide something in you?" he asked, sounding a bit uneasy.

"And YOU deserve closure." the demon replied.

"But if you don't want it, then fine." he said.

"One would think that being able to have one last talk with your father would help. Guess I was wrong." he went on.

"So how long are you going to be broken like this?" he asked.

"You did what you had to do, one can argue you gave your father the rest he deserved, you fought to kill because you HAD to." he said to Eke.

"That's life. It's not pretty at times. You know this."

Just as she said that, they felt the ship lurch forward, and saw that they were moving... if they looked out their window.

"Well. That was convenient." he commented.

"I guess I should explore the ship as well." he said.

"See what I can find." he went on.

"Just be careful about being potentially recognised." he warned.

"...but with so many people here... that may not be a problem, as long as you remain lowkey."

Adym just chuckled.

"Fair." he said.

"You are more than capable." he agreed.

"Anyway, we'll be shoving off soon." he told her.

"I guess... feel free to do whatever you like." he shrugged.

"There should be some things to do onboard..." he mumbled.

"I think they have a pool as well."

Adym thought for a moment.

"Several days." he said.

"It's a long journey." he sighed.

"Thankfully, meals are included here." he went on.

"Think of this as like a cruise ship in the other world." he then told her.

"We'll be comfortable here, at least." he reasoned.

"I guess... just try and enjoy the trip, as best you can..."

"....well, all right." Adym responded, as he approached the desk, paid for a room, and got the keys for it. He then returned to her, and handed her a pair.

"All right." he said.

"Let's go check it out." he told her.

They then went to the room, and found it had all they needed. A couple of beds, some storage spaces, some mirrors, and a place to clean themselves.

"Cool." he said.

"This should be more than comfortable for the night."

"Ahhh, I see." Adym responded.

"That's... fair enough." he said.

"Anyway, what do you want to eat or drink?" he asked.

"Seems there's a decent variety here, given the menu board we can see." he commented.

"Or you not feeling hungry right now?" he asked her.

".....that's concerning." Adym responded.

"Let me know if it gets worse." he said.

"We may need to see a medic." he told her.

"For now, let's concentrate on getting some proper rest for the night, and making sure we eat." he suggested.

"It's a bit of a journey across the ocean." he said with a light laugh.

"And we don't want to miss the boat."

Adym looked over towards her when they stepped inside.

"Callie?" he asked.

"Is something up?" he asked her.

"You've been acting kind of spacey for a bit, ever since we got here." he commented.

"Something wrong?" he inquired.

"Or am I being too nosy?"

"....right." Adym responded.

"Let's find a place a good distance away from the building she went into." he reasoned.

He then looked around, before gesturing down the way, where she saw a wooden sign in the distance, with a mug of ale on it.

"There." he said.

"Looks like a tavern and inn." he commented.

"They usually have good deals on staying the night, because they make their money on alcohol."

"It's frowned upon here, too." Adym replied.

"But then again, nobody knows what happened to you or your father." he said.

"If she came up with some kind of story, then people might believe her." he reasoned.

"Granted, I have no idea what sort of story she came up with..." he then admitted.

"But odds are she's at least a good story-spinner." he mumbled.

He then sighed and shook his head.

"Regardless, this is a dangerous game she's playing, whoever she is."

Adym raised his eyebrow as they made their way to the congregation that had collected.

"Oh?" he asked.

"I see." he said.

"Regardless, let's see what this is about." he told her.

When they reached the thickest part of the crowd, they pushed through some people, before finally managing to catch a glimpse of something that... kind of looked like Callie.

From a distance, she looked very similar.

However, there were clear differences.

"Not at all!" the man responded.

"Now, excuse me, I must catch a glimpse of her!" he then exclaimed, before running off.

Sure enough, in the noise of the crowd, they heard people chanting.

"Princess!"

"Lady Icesska!"

"Princess Icesska!"

"She's back! It's really her!" and such.

"..." Adym was silent, and looked at Callie.

"Okay... I'm curious..." he admitted to her.

Adym looked around as well, narrowing his eyes.

"Hmm." he mumbled.

"Yes..." he said.

"We should find a place for the night." he agreed, before seeing and hearing some commotion going on.

"Eh?" he mumbled.

"What's going on?" he asked someone that was hurrying by.

"Haven't you heard!?" the person exclaimed.

"Princess Icesska is here in town!"
