Kai paused, and thought for a moment.

"Ah..." he stammered.

"Yes and no?" he answered sheepishly.

"...do you have a general area?" Adym asked.

"Oh, for sure." Kai responded.

"Last I heard, which was a while ago, mind, she was living in a small town near Oretzy."

Kai just smiled.

"Sure thing." he replied.

"And yeah, she is." he told her.

"Haven't seen her in... so many years, though." he sighed.

"Well, Sara and I don't have much of a direction otherwise..." Karivyn admitted, before looking at Sara.

"Do you have any objections to going along with these people, to help Kai reconnect with an old friend?" he asked her.

"Ah, yeah, most likely." Ceth replied.

"Depends on what she wants to do." he said.

"Heeeey!" he called to Xeri.

Meanwhile, Adym was scratching his head.

"What DO we do here...?" he wondered.

"Sara and I are here because we were told to be here." Karivyn informed them.

"I'M here because I want to try and find a friend I lost contact with." Kai told them.

Adym and Ceth nodded, and they continued.

They then met up with Kai, Karivyn, and Sara.

"I'm going to see my sister." Ceth told them.

"What about you?" he asked.

"....good question." Adym responded.

"We weren't told what to do when we got here..."

Ceth looked around.

"Uh... I guess we should get moving." he said.

"We need to meet up with Kai and the others." Adym told them.

"And I need to meet up with my sister." Ceth said further.

He then paused and looked around again, scratching his head.

Ceth looked confused.

But he didn't look hurt.

He just seemed like he had no idea what was going on.

Which summed up his feelings perfectly.

"Are you all right?" Adym asked him.

"I think so." Ceth responded.

"Yeah, sure." Adym replied.

"Ahh, it'll give me and Nature boy some time to get to know each other!" Kai exclaimed, splashing some water on the elf.

"...you know, anyone else might have a negative reaction to that." Adym told him.

"......but damn, that felt refreshing." he admitted.

"You're pretty much a living plant." Kai responded.

"You and me are pretty complementary." he reasoned with a laugh.

".......it's fine, Eke." Ryker said.

"Seriously." he muttered.

"Unless you... all right, why is it bad?" he asked.

"Are you worried because you feel you're worrying or offending us?" he asked him.

"Or are you physically not meaning to fall asleep?"

"I would, but I should stay here in the pool." Kai responded.

"I need to keep recharging, after all." he reasoned.

"I'm not feeling particularly hungry." Adym said.

"Eh, I could eat." Ceth shrugged.

"So I'm in." he told them.

"I feel like something to eat would be appropriate." Karivyn chimed in.

"Looks like it's you 4, then." Kai told Callie, referring to her, Sara, Karivyn, and Ceth.

"..." Adym was silent, and just sighed again.

"I really should apologise to her again." he said.

"Meh, whatever." Ceth responded.

"Worry about that later." he told him.

"For now, concentrate on the rest of the ride." he went on.

"Pretty sure the worst is over now."

About 10 seconds later, Adym emerged from his room, and made his way to the group.

"Uh... hey, guys." he greeted them.

"That was fast." Kai commented.

"Yeah... yeah, it was." Adym agreed.

"It... just... yeah. It's just gone." he said.

"Poof. Vanished. No more headache."

The man sighed quietly.

"Months." he replied.

"And yes, I mean months." he told her.

"Quite frankly, I was amazed that I was able to keep it down as much as I did." he continued.

"However, that is not the point." he said further.

"If removing myself from this ship is the only solution, so be it."

She was at the meeting point first, but wasn't waiting for very long. Within a minute, the cloaked figure arrived.

"All right." he said.

"I don't like this." he told her.

"I don't like leaving them behind, but I suppose my hand has been forced." he commented.

"Let us go."

He narrowed his eyes a little.

"Very well." he said.

"I shall do so." he told her.

"5 minutes." he went on.

"Say your goodbyes in that time." he continued.

"...and make sure your brother knows to take care of the group." he finished.
