".....uh... I see." Levi replied.

"Right then." he muttered.

He then sighed, and leaned back a little in his chair, setting the duffle bag he had down by his feet.

"Guess all there is to do now is... wait." he said.

".......I still can't believe this is happening." he then admitted. "Like, I swear this is all some really nice dream at times." he went on.

"But I know it isn't. And that makes it even MORE awesome."

The time limit seemed to hit Levi as they got to the counter, but before he could draw attention to it, he shook his head and looked over the menu.

The two of them then ordered, and were told to wait about 5 minutes before their food would be ready.

They made their way back to Kiah, and Levi sighed.

"Need to warm up the food and stuff." he said to her.

"Also... only a half-hour?" he asked.

Levi accepted the card, widened his eyes a little, and looked at Kiah.

"Seriously?" he asked.

"Seriously." Kiah replied.

Levi then looked to Ally, and shrugged.

"Come on." he told her.

"Let's get some breakfast." he suggested.

Levi raised an eyebrow when Kiah said the last part.

"Really." he said.

"That's pretty cool." he told her, before they sat down at the table Kiah was sitting at.

"So yeah, we're here a bit early." he commented, looking around.

"...hardly slept last night, but that was more due to excitement." he then admitted.

"It feels SO good to be moving up in the world, essentially."

About 10 minutes before their agreed-upon meeting time, she saw them approaching the general area of the cafe, and when they noticed her, made their way directly towards her.

"Hey." Levi greeted her when they got close enough to speak.

"Thanks again for helping us 'move our stuff'." he told her. "That was a HELL of a life-saver." he added with a chuckle.

"Your methods are very convenient." he added, making sure to use ambiguous terms, considering they were in a very public place, filled with people surrounding them.

"...for real?" Levi asked.

Kiah nodded in response.

"Sweet." Levi said with a smile, as he picked up one of the menus that was on the table.

"Let's take a look-see, then." he said further.

"See what's here, and what stands out." he went on, before looking at Kiah.

"Thanks so much for this." he said to her.

"We really needed this. The both of us."

".......wow..." Levi mumbled quietly in response.

"Just... woah." he muttered.

"That is some... heavy stuff." he said, severely understating it, before sighing and shaking his head.

"I don't... hm." he then stuttered. "I mean, I DO have more questions, but... it's all a jumbled mess of incoherent stuff right now, so I'd better not just blurt things out." he reasoned.

"Might be best to wait until more private circumstances come about, and my thoughts are properly gathered."

"No, no." Aly replied.

"No, you're not." she said.

"It's not your fault you feel like this." she assured him.

"I'm sure Ryker's just feeling frustrated that there's nothing he can do to help you with this." she went on.

"Eke, you're not stupid." she then said.

"Please don't think you are..." she added quietly.

Levi thought for a moment, wondering what he should ask first. There were a LOT of questions racing through his mind, but he needed to be careful. They weren't in a very private area at the moment, and he didn't want to ask something that was TOO sensitive or personal or anything along those lines.

"...hm." he mumbled.

"You... said you had fire mana." he said.

"So that must mean that there are other elements as well, right?" he asked. "How many... elements are there?" he asked her further.

"Also, you mentioned... well... Salem." he continued.

"Were the witches back then just people that were known to use mana, so the other people were scared of them?" he inquired. "Or... well, suspected of having mana, and therefore being a witch?" he continued.

"Because sometimes some of the voices in my head talk about things like that, and it's... maddening, frankly." he added candidly.

".....hm." Levi muttered.

"Maybe tonight?" he said.

"Just so we have them, and while we're thinking about it?" he reasoned.

"As for us going tonight, or you ordering them online now, whatever works for you." he continued.

"To be honest, I'm just happy to finally have something going right for me for once." he then said further, before pausing for a moment.

"...aside from meeting YOU." he then said to Ally.

"You're what's kept me as sane as I have been all this time."

"....I... I see." Levi replied.

"I....hm." he muttered, putting the mints away.

"Good... to know." he said.

"I will be VERY careful..." he told her.

"Also, that's... quite interesting about your mana." he went on. "I can see why you'd want heat nowhere near violent and dangerous chemicals."

Levi was silent, and nodded.

"Heh, fair enough." he said.

"That works for me." he told her.

"And... if I can get any sort of help, that would be fantastic." he went on, pausing for a moment and taking the mints out that Kiah had given him, popping on.

"....third one." he told Kiah.

"I swear."

"I'm good with it." Levi quickly said, looking at the phone again, before returning it to Kiah.

"I get the feeling there's no future for me here." he sighed.

"A chance to start again is a dream come true." he went on.

"So... yes. Yes, I would love to go." he confirmed.

"I... don't have any family in this state, anyway. Ally is the one person tying me here."

Levi looked over at the phone, and then at Kiah.

"And we can look at this page freely?" he asked.

Kiah nodded.

With that, the two of them started to look up the website, browsing it.

"Huh... huh.... uh... huh..." Levi mumbled as he did so.

"Clever." he said.

"Very nice." he added with a small nod.
