"............" Azazel was silent for a moment, before she heard him curse... loudly. But it was muted as well, like he toom the phone away from his head to do so.

"DAMN IT." he exclaimed.

"Why didn't you tell me!?" he asked.

"Look, where are you?" he asked. "Where's this taking place?" he asked further.

"I'm willing to bet you and Tyson are the only ones left alive?" he then inquired.

Ryker looked at him, and smiled.

"All right then." he said.

"Let's pay and get out of here." he told him.

"We'll head back to the room and rest for a while longer." he went on.

'The hell IS this feeling?' he then thought.

'Who is WATCHING us...?'

Tyson just shook his head again.

"Not sure ANYONE can." he muttered, just as Aedan's cell phone rang.

When she looked at the caller display, she saw it was Azazel, and she answered it.

"Again??" he asked right away.

"We already dealt with those pseudo weeping angels a while ago." he said.

"What now? Did someone create a race of murderous nazi robots or something?" he asked further.

"Yep." Tyson muttered.

"Aaaaaaand here we go again." he said.

As they turned him to nothing but bones again, she received a text back.

Oh? Why? Azazel had sent.

Complications or something? he then sent further.

"We'll see if we can't find any other option." Sharp responded.

"I'll let you know as soon as there's any updates." he told her, before hanging up.

Tyson, meanwhile, just sighed.

"This is going to be fuuuuun." he mumbled.

"Being devoured over and over again." he went on, shaking his head.

"Need to think of a way to beat these things..." he muttered, trying to think of ways to do so.

".....what." Sharp growled.

"King is infected!?" he exclaimed.

"Great... great." he muttered.

"Well, you two hang tight." he said.

"We'll see if we can't find out a way to deal with them." he told her.

"In the meantime... just try and survive."

Tyson just sighed again.

"...and there doesn't seem to be any way to get rid of them." he said.

"Great." he muttered.

"And if I move, there are plenty of shadows around me that they can hide in." he said.

"You might want to tell Hal about this." he told her.

"Perhaps tell your boyfriend you'll be away for an unknown amount of time." he mumbled, shaking his head.

Ryker just laughed at that.

"Fair enough." he said.

"I'll buy that." he told him.

"As I said, eat your fill." he then finished.

He then went silent, as he looked around slightly.

'...can't help but feel someone's staring...' he thought.

Just as Tyson took a few steps back, the shadow got hungry.

And Aedan watched as Tyson was skeletonized before her eyes again, the bones falling to the floor.

She could also tell that SHE was a point of interest for them as well.

Even though they had no eyes... or mouths... or anything distinguishing... she could just tell that they were aware of her... and they wanted her as well.

Tyson froze when she said that.

"....what?" he muttered, looking down.

"Ohhhhh shit." he growled.

"Oh, not good. Noooot good." he mumbled.

"I didn't realize I had some hitchhikers."

Tyson just sighed.

"Yeah." he said.

"Fair enough." he muttered, as he stepped into the room.

But as he did, Aedan noticed something.

Something alarming.

Something that had to do with Tyson having two shadows.

She was sitting and waiting for close to 3 minutes, before she saw Tyson at the doorway.

"Ugh." he grunted, standing there for a moment.

"I should know better than to let my guard down." he said.

"But sometimes a shadow just hides perfectly." he mumbled.

"Any luck on your end?" he asked her.

"Got it." Ty responded, before he left in his direction.

The two of them started to rise up in the floors, but each time, they were finding no survivors... and there only remained two floors.

However, when Aedan returned to their meeting spot, she noticed that Tyson wasn't there.

She received another text, though.

Let my guard down. it read.

Still hurts to come into contact with then, FYI. the next one read.

I'll be there in a minute or so. the last one said.

"Split up and look." Tyson agreed.

"And we let each other know if we find ANYTHING that can help, or anyone alive." he said.

"At this point, beggars can't be choosers." he reasoned.

"Let's move out." he told her.
