After a bit of silence, she heard some clanking and clunking, before the large doors opened, and Ash poked his head out.

"Lily?" he asked.

"What the hell are-" he started to ask further, before noticing the.... gigantic... feline behind her.

"Oh." he said.

"Seems this little guy remembers you from so long ago." he commented.

"You and him had such fun when he was a kitten and you were a baby." he chuckled.

"Right." Ash responded, before getting up and heading out of the office.

Meanwhile, at the front door, whomever it was that was manning the door, was still talking to Lily.

"Shove off, would you?" they said.

"Listen, you don't have a code so there's no... hm?... oh, hey, AJ. No... no, it's fine, just someone... wait... hey, what...?" she then heard, before there was sounds of a minor scuffle, and some snappish tones.

"Right." Ash's voice then said.

"Quick test. What plant did Luke grow that almost destroyed your house that one time?" he asked her.

Meanwhile, inside the guild, Ash and Cass were in the latter's office, trying to figure out some issues they'd been having, when the former's cell phone chimed.

"Hm?" he muttered, taking it out and checking what it was.

"....huh?" he asked.

"Oooooookay..." he mumbled.

"Cass, I'm gonna need to excuse myself for a moment." he told the one he was with.

"Apparently Lily's at the front doors of the guild." he said, showing her the concise email he'd been sent.

After a moment of silence, she heard a voice from the speaker.

"Hunter code name or guest code." they said.

"We're not letting you in because you want to see someone." they told her.

"Now... do you have a hunter code name, or a guest code?" they asked.

"Otherwise, you're SOL."

As soon as she was on its back, around its neck, and grabbing onto its fur, it took off.

With each stride, she saw the distance they were making, as where she had been became nothing more than a mere speck behind her.

The feline ran for close to 5 minutes... which told her she would have been walking for a LONG time... before they emerged from the forest, in front of an imposing fortress-like structure.

The creature then made its way close to the front doors, before getting down on all fours and lowering its head so that Lily could get off.

The feline continued to sniff and smell her, it suddenly got down on its stomach.

It then started to nudge her with its head, rubbing against her and almost knocking her over.

However, it was clear that it was being friendly.

It then looked in the direction that she had been headed in, and then looked back at her.

As though it were asking 'you going where I think you're going?'

Whatever it was, it was getting closer and closer... until she saw a giant grey paw land close towards her. Upon closer inspection, she noticed it was a very large feline-like creature that resembled a more feral-looking Kit. Except that it was grey, and had black stripes on it. It then lowered its nose to the ground, and started to sniff.

It sniffled and snuffled about, until it looked right at the bush that Lily was hiding in.

It then started to make its way over, sniffing about, until it stopped right at the bush...

...and then began to gently paw at it.

As she walked, she swore she heard the ground rumble for a second.

And then again, and again, and again... until she FELT the ground rumbling.

A big creature was heading in her direction.

And it was headed there FAST.

Whether or not it was coming for HER was unknown, but she had a feeling she was at least in the path of... whatever it was.

"R.... Really?" Luke asked.

"You're so adorably oblivious sometimes." Ash told him.

"Yep. We all knew. We were wondering when you'd nut-up and ask her." he said further.

It was at that point, Casey's large black panther of a cat, Kit, showed up, sniffing around, and looking at the dessert that Luke had made up.

"...right, Kit has a sweet tooth." Ash remembered.

Luke was silent for a moment, and then nodded.

"All right." he replied.

"Sure thing." he said, as Ash returned.

"Casey'll be here in a minute." he told them.

"As soon as I mentioned something rich and sweet, her ears perked up." he said.

"So!" he then exclaimed.

"Are you two a thing yet?" he asked, causing Luke to blush again.

Normally, 'weed' could be seen as derogatory, or an insult to a Draydin.

But here, it seemed different.

Instead of anger or resentment, Luke felt a warm rush of happiness throughout his body.

"Heh..." he chuckled.

"Eh... eh-heh..." he chuckled further.

"C-cool." he stammered.

"When do you think you might want to go out?" he asked.

"Eh-heh." Luke chuckled.

"Uh... right... anyway..." he then mumbled.

"About the ramen I made..." he said.

"The... well... what the... crunchy noodles said..." he muttered further, getting flustered.

"Is... is it... uh.... something... you might be.... y'know... interested in...?" he asked, his voice getting progressively quieter as he went on.

Luke nodded.

"Yes." he replied.

"I think I can." he told her.

"Meaning, I think I can bring my grade up to where it's somewhat close to my other grades." he went on.

"Thank you, Kelly." he then said further.

"You saved my G.P.A."

"Huh." Ash muttered.

"You know, you're right." he said.

"I bet Casey would love the recipe to this as well." he commented.

"I can write it down." Luke said.

"You do that." Ash responded.

"I'm going to see if she's home." he added, before heading off to see if he could locate her.
