At least once I do get back to work, however long that will take at this rate, we can start saving up toward moving into a real house.

I've been to a public party once before and kinda hated it. Just not my thing. I'd only be interested if it was something with friends/people we know, and had more to do than drinking and dancing...
We decorated a little bit with what we had. Still feels bad, given how much I've been looking forward to making a good yard display for my whole life basically. >:'^( whenever we move again, i refuse to be in another townhouse.

@dragoness129: ech, working on your birthday... especially if it's black friday. yeeesh. I have a friend whose birthday is also this time of year; sometimes it's on thanksgiving.
Glad you got to a place where you can do what you want on Halloween! That's one of the major reason I didn't want to end up in an apartment or townhouse, but alas, here we are...

@Totalanimefan: tbh I hate walking when there's a lot of people out. always feels like they're gonna notice me and wanna strike up a conversation while i'm trying to just do my thing, or idk, silently judge me for walking around alone but not actually jogging??

@dragoness129: food is aight... but Halloween is definitely where it's at for me! I love everything about it. Just wish we were in a position to do something really cool with our house, or have a party... preferably both.

I guess having a family you actually want to be around probably makes a difference. but if there's not some fun activities going on, decorating, etc i'm not likely to care about it much.

@Totalanimefan: any time between 10am and 1pm lately, depending on when i'm able to get to sleep and whether i'm able to stay asleep...
