Cordelia couldn't help but blush when he did that. 'He only meant that as friends... right?" She thought to herself. She looked over at him,"Well of course. we've been a team since we were children... Not like I'm going to up and leave you now, not when we finally have what we've been working for for such a long time now..."

Cordelia smiled,"It looks amazing." She said, unable to hide a big grin,"And I have something for you~" She held out the large book. It was called "The Collection of All Pirate Legends and Lore." She had gotten it for him as soon as she had seen it,"I also have another surprise for you~ But I can't give it to you here. It's way too big."

Sirene easily pulled a few she wanted, including the ending to her book series. She looked over at Nathan,"What book are you looking for? Maybe I can help you find it?" She asked him, starting to look at the books again in case she could find it for him.

"I'm not mad." Cordelia said to him,"So...it doesn't really matter." She looked down at the planks of the floor. She couldn't tell him. No matter how much she wanted to. She hated having to act like things like that didn't bother her, like she was trying to do now, but they did deep down. 'He wouldn't like you that way anyway." She told herself mentally,'Besides, you guys are pirates now... and you know how pirate life goes..." She looked over at him again,"Besides, I shouldn't have just walked in anyways." She said with a shrug.

Cordelia smiled,"Over here~!" She called over to him, waving. She had a large book under her other arm. She also had a surprise for him, something she knew he had wanted for a long time. She really hoped he would be excited about it,"Or should I say Captain Fae?" She asked with a soft playful giggle.

Cordelia raised an eyebrow,"Nothing is going on." She said,"Besides, its something stupid anyways so why would I bother talking about it?" She went over to look outside at the falling rain as the waves continued to rock."This is kind of scary." She admitted, struggling to stay on her feet before sinking onto his bed thanks to the waves.

Sirene giggled and snuggled against him,"I love you too~" She smiled,"And you need to read more." She added teasingly as she started to look at the books on the large shelf in front of them.

Cordelia shared Andrew's dream of becoming a pirate. She had grown up differently from Andrew; Her mother had died when she was a young girl and her father had never been around. Andrew's parents had taken her in so she grew up close to Andrew. She now also lived on her own, living in a small apartment building above the book shop she worked in. Luckily, today was her day off, so she was checking out the book shop for some new books on pirate legends, in case she could find one her and Andrew might have missed.

Cordelia was about to resist, about to claim she would be just fine, but she went along with him anyways. She watched the crew members finish what they were doing and get ready for the approaching storm. She looked over at William, wondering where he was taking her.

Cordelia held on tightly, the waves starting to get really rough,"I do?" She asked,"I don't remember...Usually the only other person you ever hung out with was me." She looked up at the sky, noticing how dark and grey it was getting,"Guys, be careful!" She called to the other crew members,"The waves are gtting pretty rough...this could be a really nasty storm we are heading for."

Aria was roused from her thoughts as she felt Lyle hold her hand. She smiled softly and held his gently, leaning over and kissing his cheek. Or where she could reach of his cheek even with the scarf around his face,"I appreciate you trying ice skating with us, Lyle." She said softly, remembering that he had been really against it at first.

Kagome nodded, gently rubbing his back as he ate,"I'll put the leftover soup in the fridge for you for later if you want more." She said. When he had finished she took the bowel and helped him get comfortable in bed again. She went over to the sink and cleaned up the dishes she used to make the soup for him, trying to not make too much noise to bother him for when he tried to go back to sleep.

Sayuri nodded,"I hope it does too." she said, feeling a bit of relief,"I hope the next few days go better than the last few had." she looked over at Koga,"Thank you for all your help. And for being someone I could turn to." She said softly,"I'm not use to having many people I could go to like that."
