@Wildfire: Oh my gosh! That's so much travelling in such a short time, no wonder you feel tripped-out!

@Wildfire: Sort of, I'm painting walls white for the room to be brighter. Then one wall will be striped with semi-gloss paint to give it an accented wall look.
I'm hoping if the room is brighter, it'll be less messy. XD The room was a dark olive and mossy green when we moved in. Used to be a man-cave-type room.
Painting is a good distraction from feeling sick-ish.
We haven't talked in a few days? did you do a weekend trip?

@Wildfire: I'm doing okay. Pretty tired, I've spent the last couple of days painting a couple of walls in my house. How are you doing?

My household got chaotic.

I think I'll be offline most of today. A lot more is going on than expected.

@Totalanimefan: I'm doing pretty good. Got some packages in the mail, and ate fruit for breakfast. Now I'm just drinking a small cup of coffee and relaxing some.

@Totalanimefan: Totally understandable. Gaia is ingrained in all of us. lol. I really love Voltra's community. We're just out to help each other or chit-chat. It's nice. c:

@star2000shadow: Oh gosh, I understand. =O And I can see how getting unhealthy foods would take a minute or five to settle. oof. I can't imagine going 3 weeks without buttery or fried foods.
personally, I changed my diet recently, so I've cut off a lot of fatty stuff. It was a super hard transition.

@Totalanimefan: oh Gosh, I'm not asking for charity. <3 I'm glad you're helping out those who need event currency. Normally, I don't have enough time to keep up and post with events. I got lucky this time, and Ruby helped me get an item earlier this week when I had less time on my hands.

@star2000shadow: Real food after having hospital food is the best feeling ever. I can imagine it would take a bit to settle though. I don't know about your hospital, but my old hospital [haven't been in a long time], always had soft foods.

Also sorry for talking about covid so much, You have got to be so sick of it!

@star2000shadow: It seems to be the delta variant coming through the house. It's cold/flu-like symptoms. 2 out of the 3 adults in the house lost smell and taste for 2 days.
One of the adults had covid way back in 2020, so he felt confident he wouldn't get sick and I told him he would. He did.
I did a bunch of research this week, learning all the new info on covid-19 and vaccines and whatnot.
There's just so much misinformation being spread. oTL and my roommates all had different "facts".
So yeah, you can get covid twice because of the new varients and if it's been a while since you got sick.
The vaccine is a good blanket coverage of protection. Just remember to get your booster shots. -thumbs up-. <3
