I just had a very long weekend. whoah. felt like a dream.

I'd love to see florida turtles. I love turtles, just not a fan of alligators and snakes. XD

@Purpsy: lol yessum. <3 My trip is tomorrow. So for today, I just need to focus on stuff so I don't think about tomorrow much.

@Purpsy: Road trips with my husband is more of a headache than my kids. He loves listening to podcasts and stuff like that. e.e
I'm the primary driver in our relationship, his stuff makes me go crazy. Especially if I'm driving in a city and need to concentrate.
My kids are just loud. They play and occasionally complain.

I need to come up with a good audiobook or something. My husband is going to try and claim the stereo. >3<

@Wildfire: omg. Your wildlife makes me nervous. lol! I'm used to mountain life, moose, bear, elk, wolf, coyote... etc. I know how to avoid/handle those. But Alligator?! no thank yoooou.
I almost hit a crane once in my little car on a mountain road and I might've peed my pants a little. They ARE HUGE. Took up my whole windshield. Life flashed before my eyes... Then its massive wings got some air and it sailed over my car.. so close. o_o'

Awwww I just found my big ol' cranky dog sleeping comfortably with my husband in the bed. That's a rare sight. c:

An Armadillo?! omgosh. We just have ground squirrels and marmots. lol
I thought we had a skunk issue nearby... but I'm Preeeettty sure my neighbor with the fence is the cause of that smell. lmao. Smokin' her morning greens. XD

My husband and kids are tagging along. So it'll a noisy car trip. XD
My friends are really looking forward to seeing us.

I'm going to visit my old roommates [old friends], she's having a baby shower. It'll be a 3 hour drive each way. =o which isn't too bad...
I'm just not looking forward to the long day in the car, being around people I don't know, and then heading home. XDD

Overall, that sounds like a relaxing day. Clean dog, movies and friends, video games. :3
I have to get ready for a road trip tomorrow. I'm not really looking forward to it. <.<'

The rain finally stopped yesterday. I woke up with energy, so now I'm hoping I'll have energy for any of my started projects.

@Wildfire: I'm not used to needing sleep. I've always been pretty okay with 4-6 hours. So this is weird. But, I'm not complaining. I know I need it.
