@Amber Lynne: very nice! I'm in awe. My question for now is simply, so I have some small canvases. I wanna paint something just to try it out. I have no clue were to start. Like water colors, acrylic, oils. Any direction as to where to start or whatnot?

@djinn: credit cards can be tricky. Are you starting out to build credit or repairing? There are many offers out there but reading the fine print is needed.

@Amber Lynne: I will go back and look over. I am not a painter, I prefer using my words to paint pictures. Is painting your go-to creative outlet? If so I am curious and have questions lol

@Jolly: I don't know you very well but sadly I do know alone. My heart truly hurts for you. Keep your eyes on your goals but don't forget to grieve. This is the ending of a relationship and grieving is a natural part of the process. My advice is to reach out when you need to, stay true to yourself and your goals, and be uncompromising and don't settle when, it seems to me, you know your own worth. You got this!

@TeaTales: gmta lol I figure I'll do all the boy items into one look. @KDA Drew: has done a great job on the items.

I think this is my new favorite one. it had me super excited and I learned that I love me some Virgil. All of these items are super neat and I'm trying to come up with ideas on how to work one item from each date into a complete look.

@grost: I totally get it. Though I don't approve either. I am part of a few fandoms where the material spans for years and years, wheel of time being one of them. And all too often I see this. It is like some unspoken rule or contest to be the #1 super fan but it turns out to be a size contest with everyone laying theirs out on a table and nobody truly measures up. I enjoy what I enjoy. If you are a day 1 or year 1 fan and wanna chat lets chat. Lemme know where you're at in the show or material or whatever and I'll meet you. Too often, as humans and within society we don't do this. Whether fandom or life, we don't meet people where they are. They are either on our level or not. It is too rigid and black and white. And frankly it is just sad because you may be ruining the experience for someone and now they'll never know the joy you have. All because of someone being a......a.....a real mean person lol

@Hadassah: thank you. My son is amazing and while he knows I am not working, I do not expect him to try and tackle this as if it were his problem. He is aware of why I am home now. He knows the truth. And he is still a 13 yr old lil boy. I feel too often we expect kiddos to learn about of tackle adult problems.

@eleven: thanks. All I was told is, it isn't working out. But for 2 months I've been a model employee. Not late, no complaints, no issues or coaching. But it did come on the tail end of some personal issues and I have had to leave 2 times for appointments. When I asked about that or any feedback I was given a reinforcement that that was in fact the truth.

This is a blessing and there's a silver lining. I refuse to let it get and keep me down. I am even applying to go back to school sooner than expected.

So, everything was pretty good for me and my son for the most part here recently. Job was going well. My son is happy and healthy. Things all around were looking up. And then....

I get to work today. I am early. Looking good. Say hey to everyone. And then the owner comes up to me, hands me two checks and let's me go. :( this job was amazing and I was doing great at it. Sadly recent events put a damper on some things and it evidently affected my job.

So now I am pulling it together. Haven't been able to go home because I cannot face my son just yet. I know we will be ok but I haven't been fired ever in 30+ years. And then bam bam. Anyways that's my rant of sorts. Time to get it together and move forward.
