She watched the Doctor, tilting her head softly. “That’s a lot of traveling. Have you been alone all this time?” She asked curiously, looking up at the glass ceiling of the mall‘s food court as what appeared to be lightening flashed in the sky. Beautiful..

“And home to one of the best hospitals this side of the galaxy.” He said thoughtfully, watching her with a grin.

She looked up at the Doctor, smiling a little. “I haven’t either.. not in a very long time.” She said softly.

He grinned, following after her. He loved showing companions new places.. the best part of his traveling was seeing their faces light up.

She went a very deep shade of red, “Oh...” She set her drink down and squirmed a little. “I.. apologize for not saying anything..” she said softly, looking away. She glanced around, wondering if she’d get the same reaction from everyone on this planet.

Biting her lip a bit harder than she had meant to, she looked back to the Doctor and reached up, turning her filter off, looking down.

“Really? I’d love to go see it.” She said shyly. “What do the humans look like?” She asked curiously.

He smiled warmly, moving to pull the last lever after checking she was holding on tight. Once they landed he looked over to her again. “The grass smells like apples, by the way.”

“Oh well that’s good they eventually learn.” She said softly, finishing the fries up.

“Humans..” she finished up her burger and worked on the fries curiously. “They sound interesting..” she said thoughtfully.

“These are different. They target your emotions.” He said softly, “Anyone could do anything they wanted to you with some of these patches..” he explained, moving around the console to get them going.

She frowned a little but nodded, “What is Earth like?” She asked softly, wondering if the Doctor found her suspicious now. “What kind of species lives there?”

He closed the doors after stepping in behind her and moving to the console. He put the coordinates in, looking over. “I will mention.. there is a drug on this planet in the form of patches. Do not let someone put one on you.” He said gently. “If we wind up in an area that has a lot of that activity...”

She was quiet as she listened, taking another bite or two of her burger as the Doctor spoke. “Earth sounds like a fun planet.. Will we go there sometime?” She asked thoughtfully, another question nagging at her but.. she wasn’t sure how to ask it.

“Do you save all of the planets?” She asked finally, that was a safer question.

He nodded, “I’ll take you to see some of their home planets too.” He said softly, opening the doors for her to go in first.
