Ianto smiled, standing behind her. “Miss Trin. Let’s get you settled in your room at Torchwood.” He said softly.

“Oh that sounds fun, yes please.” She said softly.

He smiled a little and gave her a quick hug. “I will come back. Don’t worry.” He said gently.

“I’d love to see the city from above..” She said thoughtfully, smiling over at the Doctor.

“I promise.” He said gently, leading her to the doors. “I will be back as soon as I’m done.”

She frowned a little, nodding and walking with her. “I will avoid them.” She said gently.

“Because I cannot risk you being taken by this particular alien.” He said plainly. “I will explain later, but Cybermen are not to be messed with.”

She frowned a little, “Why would they want to do that for?”

“Good. Thank you. I need you to stay at Torchwood, and trust I will return.” He pulled away from the console.

“Oh- Okay?” She tilted her head, following her into the city. “What’s with the patches?”

“I need you to trust me.” He said calmly, marking the coordinates they were at now and then taking her to Cardiff.

“Oooh sure.” She said softly, bouncing a little.

The Doctor frowned, screwdriver out and scanning them. “Tardis.. now please.” He said calmly, turning around and leading her back the way they came.

“Wow..” she smiled softly, looking to the Doctor. “The city feels so big.. how many live here?”
