The man thought for a moment.

"Yes." he replied.

"The coconut-based oil should do nicely." he told her.

"Before you arrive for the massage, though, stop by the kitchen and tell them to make me my usual 'Spirit Booster Smoothie'." he then said further.

"That is all." he finished, before shutting the door and leaving her alone once more.

She heard him walking away and mumbling a bit, seemingly annoyed.

However, from the interaction, she could surmise that it wasn't regarding her. It was about something else.

Ryker was silent as Eke had his coughing fit, and then sighed.

"You all right?" he asked.

"That particular bout sounded nasty." he commented.

"Maybe I should make sure we have plenty of bottles of water, just in case..."

...I see. Azazel responded.

I suppose that's good then. he told her.

Anyway, good luck and watch your back. he finished.

At that point, Roxie heard a knock on her door, before the Master entered.

"Ah, you're here." he said.

"Finished with the washroom?" he asked.

"Yes, it is perfectly clean." Roxie replied, turning and looking at him.

"Very good." he responded.

"I'm going to do my workout." he then told her. "Be there in 1 hour for some followup massage therapy."

Ryker just rolled his eyes.

"I know, I know." he said.

"Maybe you will, maybe you won't." he told him.

"I suppose the time will come when you'll need to ask yourself if that matters." he went on, as they made their way back to the RV.

"But that's for another day, I'm sure."

Right. Azazel replied.

Steer clear for delivery. he told her.

With that, a demonic hole opened, and her phone lightly dropped from it, landing on a book that was there.

You got it? Azazel asked.

Yep. Roxie replied.

I'll let the boss know. Azazel responded back.

Take care of yourself, Roxie... he added at the end.

As she walked out of the bathroom, she got a sensation in her mind. It was a precursor to someone contacting her, and she guessed it would be Azazel.

Roxie? the demon in question said.

Hey, your phone's ready to go. he told her.

There's a memo on the phone itself outlining the changes, and the number for tech support on your phone, too. he continued.

You ready to receive it? he asked.

Or do I need to wait?

"A triple-digit budget is severely underpaying you for what you've done." he told her.

"If you want, get some to go as well." he said.

"I mean it. Order WHATEVER you want." he continued.

"NO limitations." he went on.

"You may very well have played an instrumental part in saving the lives of countless young women." he then said.

"I'm not underestimating that."

Hal sighed.

"I know." he replied.

"I won't call on anything more from you in the next couple of days." he told her.

"Do whatever you feel you need to, in order to recover." he then assured her further.

With that, they arrived at the restaurant, and he smiled.

"Get whatever you want." he told her.

"And I mean that. Order whatever you want, as much as you want."

"Hm." Hal muttered.

"Well, the memo on the phone should be enough." he said.

"If there's any pertinent or immediate info, tell me now. Otherwise Agent Culverton will figure it out in the memo." he told her.

"Again, thank you for this." he repeated.

"Consider today and tomorrow an impromptu extra weekend from school."

"Fair." Hal responded.

"...and really. Well, that is certainly handy." he commented. "To massively understate it." he went on.

"That will REALLY help." he said further.

"Right now Agent Culverton is doing a very sensitive undercover mission, so that will be a boon to her." he went on.

"Once you're done explaining it to me, I'll inform Azazel of it all, and have him tell Agent Culverton all of it as well, before sending it back to her." he continued.

"Yes, this is so sensitive, they're using their demonic channels for communication."

"I'll have to have a chat with those techs." Hal said.

"And make sure David knows that his intervention was appreciated." he told her.

"Regardless." he muttered.

"You said you finished the phone?" he asked.

"I should get it back to Agent Culverton as soon as possible." he reasoned.

"May I see it?" he asked.

Hal jut sighed.

"You DO tend to get that way." he admitted.

"Also, sorry about no ID. That slipped my mind." he then apologised.

"And I didn't think that anyone that would be working that late wouldn't recognise you." he then said further.

"Regardless, apologies for the inconveniences. But thank you." he went on.

"The modifications will prove to be invaluable."

Hal raised an eyebrow as the two of them walked.

"Oh?" he asked.

"A snag? What sort of snag?" he asked her.

"And when you arrived here?" he went on, thinking about it.

"Hm." he mumbled.

"Well, rather than play a guessing game, how about you tell me?" he suggested.

"Yes. Food WOULD be a good idea." Hal agreed.

"And yes, I was just heading out for lunch." he confirmed.

"Also, company? Sure." he told her further, answering her questions.

"Come on." he said.

"I was going to head to that burger joint about 10 minutes from here." he continued.

"That work for you, or you want something else?" he asked.

"I'll let you make the call, seeing as you've been working so hard on this time-sensitive project." he reasoned.
