"I'm SO sorry." Jaden apologised.

"I interrupted, and I know I said you didn't have to get out right away, but I must've messed up your mojo in there and I'm really sorry." he apologised further.

"I just wanted to know if you were hungry, and I could order something in, but you didn't answer my knocking or calling in, so I got worried something might have happened, so I peeked in, BUT DIDN'T SEE ANYTHING!" he rambled on, before stressing the last part.

"But you didn't answer again, so I tossed the bath bead, and interrupted, I'm sorry, you were probably just so comfy and stuff and I interrupted..." he continued, his face going a bit red, and he was getting QUITE flustered.

A polar opposite to his stage presence and attitude, to say the least.

He then just heaved a heavy sigh of resignation. One that seemed to say 'I am SO awkward...'

Ryker narrowed his eyes even more.

"Don't. Push it." he said.

"My will may be weak, but it's not THAT brittle." he told him.

"They will be TASTEFUL." he said further, before pausing.

"Well.... as tasteful as matching sweaters can be." he clarified, clearing his throat sligjhtly.

Jaden's face was flushed as well, and he shook his head.

"No, no, no, no, no!" he insisted.

"You don't need to get out! You haven't been in there for that long, actually." he went on.

"I was just curious if you wanted something to eat." he continued.

"I can order in whatever you're feeling like having." he said further.

"I'm so sorry I interrupted, but you weren't responding when I knocked and called in." he quickly apologised.

Jaden had gathered Desiree's clothing and was washing it, thinking about something while it was going through the cycle.

"Hm." he mumbled.

He then made his way to the bathroom door and called in.

"Desiree!? Hungry!?" he asked.

"Want me to order in something?" he asked further.

No response.

"...maybe she's just under the water..." he mumbled, before waiting and knocking again.

And again.

Until he got worried something had happened, built up the courage in his mind, and... face pink from blushing... opened the door slightly and peeked inside.

A few seconds later, she received a response.

Go ahead and keep 'em on. it said.

It's made of special materials. It resists water, so it won't get soaked or anything, and will allow water to slip under. the next read.

However, they still need to be changed, regularly. a following one quickly added.

But it more than adequately answered her question.

"Piffle and FEH!" Jaden exclaimed.

"But anyway." he said.

"Here." he told her, handing her a large towel for her body, a smaller one for her hair, and a large terrycloth robe.

"Do you want me to wash your clothes?" he asked.

"The ones you're wearing right now, that is." he clarified.

"If so, just close the door and toss them out into the hallway before taking a shower. I'll get them started for you." he told her.

"And feel free to use whatever products you want in there." he continued.

"Hair driers and such are in one of the drawers." he finished.

"......." Ryker was silent, and narrowed his eyes.

"Now you listen here." he said.

"If you think I'm going to get matching sweaters with you because you're my bro and you're the world to me..." he started to say further, before sighing.

"...you're right." he muttered.

"When it comes to you, my will is weak."

Jaden flinched a little.

"JUST hair!?" he exclaimed, before clearing his throat and calming down.

"Well... I don't think that way." he said.

"Also, a mess?" he asked.

"That's a relative term." he told her.

"You're beautiful." he said.

Ryker blinked a couple of times.

"Ah..." he stammered.

"We'll stop by someplace and get one." he told him.

"And... me?" he asked.

"What, you want ME to get one, too?" he asked further.

Jaden froze for a moment.

"Ah..." he stammered.

"I, uh... he said.

"Forgot all those were in there..." he admitted.

"I do." he told her.

"I really do." he said sheepishly.

"Ah!" Jaden replied.

"Both." he told her.

"Come on, I'll show you to the bathroom." he said.

Desiree set her stuff down, and they walked down a short hallway, with Jaden stopping at a closet.

"Towels and such." he said.

"Bathroom's that door right there." he told her, gesturing to the door closest to them.

"Check and see if you need anything, or if there's something there that isn't." he continued.

When Desiree did step inside the bathroom, she found it to be quite spacious and luxurious... with a L-O-T of hair products about.

Jaden just sighed, and shrugged.

"Because you don't deserve to be scared all the time." he told her.

"I just want to help." he continued.

"You're doing too much with your life for this to happen." he then reasoned with a smile.

"...." he was then silent, and shook his head.

"Don't look so deep into it." he said.

"I promise you can trust me."

Jaden just chuckled.

"I have good hearing." he said.

"Anyway, come on." he told her.

With that, he led her to a room, and when she stepped inside, she found it was quite sizeable. Enough to have a queen-sized bed in it, with plenty of room to move around. Which was impressive, given that there was a dresser, a small desk, a chair, and an endtable in the room as well.

She also noticed the door for the closet.

"Hope it's to your liking." he said to her.

"Lemme know if anything needs to be changed or altered.

"See ya!" Jaden called to Kalin, shutting the door when Desiree entered.

And chuckling a little.

"Well, a mansion of an apartment." he said.

"I've never been one to own my own place, so I rent." he told her.

"I also like privacy, so I go for where I'll be hard to reach." he then laughed.

"Anyway!" he then said.

"Shall I show you to your room?" he asked.
